When it's introduced, the Drill Driver's display screen reads "GOGO DRILL". It also says "BOUKENRED" over Mack's Durability Gage.
When the Drivemax Megazord's pickaxe strikes the weather monster, you can see the tip bend like foam rubber, and magically return to normal as it's pulled away.
The first time Dax fought the monster, why didn't he morph? Far as he knew, a civilian was in immediate and mortal peril... Surely he would have stood a far better chance of beating the thing in uniform than out...
Instead of putting Spencer in danger, why didn't Dax just take the third scroll with him? He knew where it was, so taking a minute to grab it wouldn't have made any difference and put one less person in the line of fire. By the same token, when Miratrix saw Spencer with the scroll, why didn't she attack him? He was wide open and defenseless!
Why on earth is Dax trying out for a movie role when he's being paid to be a Ranger fulltime, and acting would interfere with saving the world?
Spencer showed no difficulty walking in heels while in disguise, so why did he suddenly have trouble while walking away?
The Sword of Neptune has the Blue Mystic Ranger's symbol on it.
Unless he's accquired Mack's super strength, it's impossible for Spencer to have thrown the scroll up to the Drivemax Megazord's hand.
...Will just arguably got past some serious teamwork issues... In WHAT way is it a good idea to give him the only Hovertek Cycle?
Aparrently Will's genetic tampering allows him to see not only really far, but around corners as well.
The Megazord formation sequence is slightly different from the first episode in which Mack pressed the five buttons corresponding to the Zord numbers, whereas here, each individual ranger inputs his/her own zord number.
Why do Mack and Will demorph while inside of the ruins, especially with things like lava all around them?
Lava is very very hot, at about 300 degrees it's hot enough that if you were to stand close to the stuff the heat alone would kill you, the faster the lava the hotter the temperature is.
The steering wheel was on the wrong side of the car, when Mack was rescuing the woman and her baby from it.
When four of the core rangers first meet at the Hartford house/mansion, we see Will examining a sarcophagus next to a pool table. The yellow ball moves but nobody was even playing.
The bank in Brazil where Will is breaking into a safe says "Banco de la Fortaleza." This is Spanish, when Brazil's language is Portuguese.
The opening credits incorrectly credit James Maclurcan as "James MacLuran" (no C) and Rhoda Montemayor as "Rhonda Montemeyer".
The distance between Japan and the USA was noted, despite the fact it came at a mention of how the props and monster suits are sent from Japan. This is absurdly irrelevant, as the show is filmed in New Zealand, if the accents in everyone in the special didn't make abundantly clear.
Even though this was promoted as being the "first time in Power Rangers history" that we were able to take a look behind the scenes, this has been done several times before via "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers The Movie: Secrets Revealed", "Power Playback: Funniest Power Rangers Moments", "The Lost Episode", the featurette on the DVD releases of both movies, and informally via the blooper reels at the end of episodes from MMPR Season 3 - In Space.
The townspeople and forest inhabitants restore Udonna's powers, despite her never actually losing them in the first place.
