In the first scene, Stingerella is complaining that Toady is following her around. This is all well and good, except that she's in Toady's room. Why would she have a big toad statue in her room?
Theo says that he couldn't defeat Gakko during their first battle because he didn't have enough confidence which clearly wasn't the case at the beginning of the episode. If anything, Theo had WAY too much confidence!
Theo treats the loss to Gekko as a personal failure, yet it was neither personally directed at him (Casey was also defeated the same way), nor was it his first loss (he's been bested by several monsters so far).
It's a little odd that Casey, who has been poisoned, went from a "cold sweat" sick in one scene to full health the next, yet no one comments on his fast recovery.
The Jungle Pride Megazord's Savage Spin did not make contact with Mantor, yet, he was destroyed anyways.
No resolution is given to the fact Ocean Bluff is completely flooded and the dam heavily damaged. How was the dam repaired so fast given its damages, and the flood waters removed from the city? It's not like destroying Mantor undid a spell or anything, and the Rangers were given no orders to fix the dam or even evaporate the waters or anything!
At the beginning of this episode, RJ is shown to be running Jungle Karma Pizza by himself, despite the fact there is no way one person could ever run a such a place alone (as he would need to be baking, waiting on tables and delivering pizzas all at the same time).
Theo is the shortest the the three, but due to the Sentai footage, he appears taller then Lily while morphed.
If Andrew Hartford managed to build Mack two years ago with years of memories, there's no reason why he couldn't have rebuilt him again with the same memories, including memories of the past year that are now on the computer when they used Mack's hard drive to recap the events of the season several episodes back in "Way Back When".
Even though they were piloting the Drivemax Megazord (which was riding the Battlefleet), the Rangers called out the name of the Battlefleet Megazord.
Flurious is able to put the crown on his head, despite the fact that the ice crystals on his skull would make that impossible.
The final jewel of the Corona is named as a Pink Emerald, however all Emeralds are green by definition (it's like having 'Yellow Ruby'). There is a real gemstone referred to as a Pink Emerald, however, it is not an Emerald, but rather Morganite.
Given that Vella was originally kidnapped by Crazar (who was a Fearcat), how did she end up as Moltor's prisoner?
Spencer makes the comment about the volcano being uninhabitable, which leads to Mack volunteering to go alone. But as we see, Moltor had Vella prisoner within it. So either it IS inhabitable, or Mercurians can withstand the heat. So why didn't Tyzonn offer to go with him? Similarly, the Rangers had no real problems being in the volcanic area way back in "The Underwater World", did they? Why make it an issue now, when, unlike then, they aren't going to explore but to kick butt?
If Vella is Mercurian, shouldn't she be able to escape from her bindings and cage by turning into mercury?
When Will is about to get back into the first fight with Magmador, Ronny warns him that the monster will copy his Drive Defender. However, Magmador had already done that, and Will went back into the fight with the Drive Defender. Magmador would not waste the time to recopy the same weapon.
Andrew told the Rangers to "take the Megazord" to stop the meteor, but they used the Drivemax Ultrazord instead.
The clips shown during this episode were ostensibly stored within Mack's CPU. However, some of the scenes occurred when Mack wasn't there, or had any other way of knowing what had happened. Also, the clips, if they were recorded by Mack and came from Mack's memory, shouldn't have shown Mack unless he had a mirror with him.
When the Drivemax Megazord is riding the Battlefleet, Tyzonn is able to clearly see Agrios, despite the fact that he is in the Red Ranger zord cockpit, and should have had his view obstructed by the Drivemax's back.
Why did Crazer keep the Tyzonn's morpher on her? Wouldn't it have made more sense to destroy (or at least hide) it?
