Previn And The Pittsburgh is a 55 minute musical documentary TV series
released in the US under the direction of Ian Engelmann. It was produced
by Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and was recognized as the most
widespread PBS broadcast series by an American orchestra in 1977.The
show stars Andre Previn, who was nominated in the Emmy Awards for
Outstanding Achievement In Music Direction, as musical director for the
episode "The Music That Made The Movies" in 1978 and for "Mozart As
Keyboard Prodigy" in 1977.
