The license plate of the car that takes Lincoln and Susan to where L.J. is, reads 924503.
Bellick used acetone to win the fight. Acetone is an irritant and inhalation may lead to hepatotoxic effects (causing liver damage).
Goof: At 38 minutes into the episode, Susan calls to be picked up at the shack, and she asks for them to bring towels. In the next shot, while still on the phone seconds later, her previously wet hair is nearly dry.
Surely Michael would have taken his long sleeved shirt off while in the "hot box" (or at least rolled up his sleeves). A pragmatic reason behind this may have been that the crew was trying to avoid having to apply Michael's elaborate (time-laborious) tattoo. Also, if Michael had taken off his shirt, he would've ended up with a burned skin, which is worse than just being hot.
The General realizes that it was not Gretchen's first time being tortured because she could manage not to drown with the plastic bag technique. Normally, people feel like drowning, and therefore, get desperate. Also, we learn that she's been a POW by her scars shown in "Photo Finish".
Goof: When Michael was drinking in the general's office, there was no water in the glass.
Whistler: What did he (Gen. Zavala) say?
Michael: Turn on the hose.
Octavio: You should have listened.
Bellick: You're throwing me the chicken foot over a puddle of puke?
Octavio: You should have mopped.
T-Bag: What you loookin' at?
Whistler: The view.
Bellick: You see Scofield in that redneck sauna?
T-Bag: Let's see if he has a tattoo to get out of that one.
Michael: (to Gen. Zavala) Ask him about the woman he's been meeting with.
Whistler: It's not what you think.
Michael: It doesn't matter what I think. It matters what you know and you know her name. (turns to Gen. Zavala) And the fact that he won't admit it tells me he's no innocent bystander in this.
Gen. Zavala: (to Michael) You're unaware of the influence I have in this province. You'd rather I be your ally than your enemy, wouldn't you?
Lincoln: You know Michael always has things worked out.
Susan B.: No, I don't. Seems to me he keeps screwing things up.
Lincoln: Well, he's getting things done a whole lot faster than you.
Michael: You seem concerned for her (Susan B.).
Whistler: She holds our entire future in her hands. Yeah, I'm concerned.
Gen. Zavala: (to Michael) There was a man, a drug kingpin, the most powerful man in Panama. A ruthless killer with an army of thugs and thieves behind him. He killed judges, policemen, anyone who stood in his way. They said he couldn't be stopped, but now Lechero is in prison and I am in power. I decide whose life is at stake, and right now, it's yours.
T-Bag: (to Whistler) I can't help but notice you and Lechero makin' friends. He's been hanging out with a lot of white boys lately.
Michael: (to Gen. Zavala) From the moment I got here, I've been planning my escape.
Whistler: Michael, this is suicide. They'll kill Sofia. And they'll kill your brother's son.
Susan B.: Burrows can be hard to handle. That man does not like to be told what to do.
Whistler: Scofield's a smart man, but he's got a rabid imagination.
Gen. Zavala: (to Michael) Confess to this escape and face your punishment by law, or face a far greater punishment in the Panama sun.
McGrady: He's (Michael) talking. You can't get out of the box any other way.
Lechero: We need the engineer.
Lincoln: (to L.J.) The next time you see me, don't take your eyes off me. I'll tell you what to do.
Mahone: Looks like things didn't go well. You should be gone.
Whistler: So should you.
Gen. Zavala: I always conduct a thorough investigation and there are too many unanswered questions here. It is my job to find those answers.
Bellick: Scofield's got to have a plan to escape.
T-Bag: If so, I know none of it.
Lincoln: I don't know what to do, man. All this is falling apart.
Susan B: Everywhere I go, there you are. Go home, Sofia.
Lechero: He's (Michael) done. He's finished.
Michael: With all due respect, General, I had nothing to do with what happened here today.
Sofia: James has an answer for everything and nothing ever makes sense.
Lang: Part of me wanted to drive
right past this gate, Alex. You don't deserve to be here.
Mahone: Actually, if you take all things into consideration... I do... Thank you.
General Zavala: I've been told that you are the mastermind behind a prison escape and that you've kidnapped
a boy as collateral.
Susan B: Really? Am I an alien? Did I shoot JFK? Sir, I have no idea who this James Wilson...
General Zavala: Whistler!
Susan B: Is!
Augusto: Special delivery. I need it to get in real quick.
Sucre: How much?
Augusto: I gave you ten grand.
Sucre: Ten grand is for the last one. How much for this one?
Augusto: No grand.
Sucre: Then no thanks.
Susan: Lincoln causes as many problems as he solves. He needs to get out of his own way, and I think you can assist him. I stay one step ahead, and you get 50 grand.
Sucre: I don't know.
Susan: Oh, I think you do.
Prisoner: Hey, did you see Blanco? He's walking around like the landlord. I thought you said Lechero was going to take care of it?
Sammy: He will.
Prisoner: How long has he been saying that? Look if you and Lechero want to go around like an old married couple, fighting this way or that... Maybe you like it in the kitchen.
Sammy: Hey, you be careful.
Prisoner: Then do something! Or the next thing you know, you're gonna be taking orders from Scofield.
Michael: Was it you? Did you kill Sara?
Susan: I have no idea who you're talking about.
Michael: I'm coming for you.
Lechero: So you tried to catch a flight out of here yesterday?
Whistler: I had to do what I had to do.
Lechero: Yeah, but you went back on our deal.
Whistler: I was saving my own ass. I'm sure you're familiar with the strategy.
Lechero: Now, you watch it. I'm still boss here.
Whistler: Who cares about who's boss? Do you wanna get out of here, or do you wanna keep talking about it?
In Latin America, this episode was known as "Encerrado", which means "Locked in".

(After Bellick wins the fight)
T-Bag: Congratulations. You's a regular Buster Douglas.
James "Buster" Douglas is a former undisputed world heavyweight boxing champion, who scored the biggest upset in the history of boxing by knocking out Mike Tyson on 1990-02-11 in Tokyo, Japan. The upset was so great because Tyson was at that point considered the pound-for-pound best boxer on the planet and was seemingly invincible due to his utter domination of the division.
