  • Even better than the first episode !

    10
Wow ! Amazing episode, really ! Full of action, zero down moment. The whole plot is really good, well-written and reviving interest in this show after a season 2 emphasising a bit too much on government panaroia for me.

This season is a kinda of a mix of season 1 and 2. The storyline takes place inside and outside prison. What a great idea !

Plus on this episode, Michael gets back to its roots (Mac Gyver-esque survival tricks) bringing us back to what made the success of the show in the first place.

On the downside, the girl threatening Lincoln isn't really convincing, bad actress, period. Lincoln improved a bit his acting skills while Michael gets a bit on my nerves, why is he always speaking so low ????

One last thing : how come 2 brothers such as Lincoln and Michael don't share the same Last Name ? (I know, probably a dumb question, but I just noticed that today ...)moreless
  • This episode is fantastic, the writers used some elements from the first season and they did an almost perfect job.

    9.8
Details/Progress (To point A to B) -» (10/10). The objective here is to find Whistler and to make Michael find a way to help him, because if he shows up, he will be a dead man. There is a problem with the water too, which means problems to Lechero. Sucre are looking for Maricruz and he will find her, Lincoln has to report to Susan and have a mini mission that is completed.

Presentation Phase - » (10/10). Another presentation very interesting and quick that presents an very complicated problem for Michael to solve, like season 1 style.

Complication Phase - » (10/10). How Michael can solve this complicated situation? Mahone also wants to kill Whistler, because if anyone kill him, have a possibility to walk free from this prison and then Bellick also complicate the situation even more. Sucre as a mission that ends in this episode that is to find Maricruz,. Lincoln have something to find.

Climax Phase - » (10/10). Every finds whistler, Mahone, Lechero mans and Michael, how can Michael get out of this? Season 1 type of climax.

Suspense/Tension - » (10/10). The type of tension in this episode is very high, exactly what you can expect from season 1 style, also you have a riot. The situation is so complicated that you will be at the edge of your seat. Very suspenseful.

Drama - » (10/10). Can you feel sorry for Bellick? poor man. There is a scene where Michael say to Lincoln that he will try to free Whistler or die trying, great scene. Sucre also have his emotional scene too that was perfect, very sad. Ending - » (10/10). The riot, Whistler situation, Sucre hard decision and Lincoln mission, all of them end in a perfect way, Lincoln seems more smart than he appears.

Surprises/Shocks/Twists - » (8/10). Sucre plot is what surprised me more, very quick and with a conclusion. Lincoln been clever was another nice surprise.

Time and Scene Management - » (10/10). Filler at a minimum, very very hard to notice any filler, if not impossible when you see this episode at first time.

Plot Details/Holes- » (10/10). There is flaws, since Whistler could be hiding for so long and not be discovered, the cops that spook to Sucre was a strange details to make Sucre realize something., but I will not drop my rate, because some logical flaws guaranteed perfect tension and suspense and an great emotional scene.

What I liked -» Sucre plot, Lincoln been clever and all prison scenes.

    What I Didn´t Liked -» There was nothing that I didn´t liked.

This episode is fantastic, the writers used some elements from the first season and they did an almost perfect job.moreless
  • Well written.

    9.5
Michael races to find a hidden Whistler before Mahone. Searching for clues outside the prison, Lincoln runs into an old friend and makes a new one. T-Bag slithers his way into Lechero's graces as the prisoners threaten a revolt due to the lack of water.Another awesome episode of Prison Break. I love this episode. I love the way Michael and Mahone are after Whisttler, which is an awesome new character, even though I don't trust him. I love the way Michael got the water going again, he is so clever. Lechero is also new and I love him. I can't wait to see more, even though I am re-watching it, just love this season so much.moreless
  • whistler is found, but its not just micheal that wants him, its everyone in sona, things begin to heat up in sona when there water supply is gone

    9.5
Another great episode, looks like season 3 could be the best season yet!,last episode Mahone protected Micheal and on this one he went against him.it looked like there was going to be full scale riot because of the lack of water, but luckily Micheal fixed that and got whistler and some more respect in sona.it looks like each episode is going to cover one day, if that is the case there should be 6 more episodes to go, I'm really curious on how there going to get out, it looks like they are going to use the sewers but that seems a bit to obvious, cant wait until the next one!moreless

  • TRIVIA (3)

  • QUOTES (23)

    • Michael: I'll testify for you, whatever it takes.
Mahone: Wow, look at that halo! It just appeared above your head!

    • Michael: You don't actually think that killing someone's going to help you get out of here?
Mahone: It does seem pretty strange, but this is a really strange place. One that I want to get out of.

    • Lechero: (to Mahone) You've been outbid.

    • Lechero: Don't you ever walk in here without being called!
Michael: I'm sorry, but it's worth a breach in etiquette.

    • Lincoln: I'm assuming you weren't born by immaculate conception. Family ties being what they are...moms, dads, brothers, sisters. Anything happens to my son or Sara, I'm not coming after you, Susan.

    • T-Bag: (to Bellick) You got yourself the untouchable status. I could get myself killed just talking to your mangy ass.

    • Michael: (to Whistler) Is this the part where you tell me you're innocent and you're just a pawn in all this?

    • Lincoln: (to Sucre) Listen to me, the innocent people in your life, you have to keep them innocent. If that means walking away from them, that's what you gotta do.

    • Bellick: He's (Whistler) nuts. Doesn't have all his faculties, living down in the sewers.

    • McGrady: Michael Jordan, did you meet him?
      Michael: It's a big city.

    • McGrady: You ever have sex with blonde cheerleader?
      Michael: Yeah sure.
      McGrady: You're the man bro!

    • Bellick: Why are you so interested in that guy in the sewer?
      Michael: No reason.
Bellick: Then why are you whispering, college boy?
Michael: Why don't you lower your voice already?
Bellick: What's in it for me?
Michael: I'm sorry, but do you have any other friends in here besides me? I'm it.
Bellick: Friends don't let friends go hungry, and thirsty...
      Michael: All right, all right..
      Bellick: and damn near half-naked.
Michael: I said, all right! I'll take care of it!
      Bellick: When?
      Michael: When I can.

    • Susan B: You know, they told me that your brother got all the brains. But I didn't realize that you were this stupid.
Lincoln: What do you want, Susan?
Susan B: No sooner do I tell you to stick to the plan, then you go and hassle Whistler's girlfriend. You need to quit playing Sherlock Holmes and leave her alone.
      Lincoln: Why?
Susan points a gun at Lincoln
Susan: Cause I said so. How about that?
Lincoln: How about you beat it, so I can get back to work?
Susan B: I will. As soon as you give me what you took from her.
Lincoln: I took nothing from her.
Susan B: I got a gallon of bleach, a tarp and a hacksaw in the trunk of my car. One hour, tops-- You're off the face of the earth.

    • Susan B: In an effort to save some time, I'm gonna have to insist that we just skip past all the threats I know you're prepared to lay out. Should anything happen to Sara and LJ, you will scour the earth, hunt me down, rip my heart from the chest, and bup bup bup. I know exactly how you feel, as would I, Okay? So that's done? On to business. Did your brother get the message?
      Lincoln nods
Susan B: Good. You and I will meet here everyday. I'll want a full report of the prior day's progress. If I call your cell phone, answer. Don't ask me stupid questions. Don't waste my time. Get a plan together. Execute it. LJ and Sara will be traded for Whistler, are we clear?

    • Michael: I need you to trust me.
Lechero: Ooh, trust you? I don't know you good enough, brother. Teodoro!
      T-Bag comes in
      T-Bag: Si, Patron?
Lechero: Can I trust this bobo?
T-Bag: He's a snake. He stabbed me in a back every chance he got.
      Lechero: Huh..
      Approaching Michael
Lechero: A snake who stabs a man in the back? I never heard of such a creature before.

    • Whistler: So how are we getting out of here?
      Michael: I have no idea.

    • McGrady: I'm friends with everybody here, bro. That's how I keep alive.
Michael: You and I are friends, right?
McGrady: Yeah, but looks like you got enemies.

    • (Bellick sees T-Bag with a bottle of water)
      Bellick: T-Bag...
T-Bag: Boy, you gonna be drinkin' your own urine before you get any of this.

    • McGrady: If your friend wanted you to know, why didn't he tell you?
Mahone: 'Cause, 'cause you and I are friends now. Unless you want to be enemies.
      McGrady: Friends.
      Mahone: Good. Me too.

    • Michael: There's an inmate here named James Whistler. I'm looking for him.
McGrady: Welcome to club. Everybody looking for him.
      Michael: Why's that?
McGrady: He killed the Mayor of Panama City's son. In a bar fight.

    • Sucre: The only thing that I care about now is that you and the baby are okay. That's what matters to me. I'm not coming back. It's not because I don't love you, because you know I do. I love you more than anything. But all I do is bring you down… I'm not good for you.
      Maricruz: That's not true.
Sucre: It is. It is. It is. And sometimes the only way to protect the people that you love is by staying away from them. One day when I get my life together, however long that takes, I'll find you. I'll find you and I'll make you and our baby proud.

    • Michael: No one has ever broken out of this place before, let alone with a week to plan it. So, you tell these people whoever it is took Sara and my nephew… you tell them I get it and I'm going to do everything I can… I'm gonna break this guy out of here. Or I'm gonna die trying… and if it's the latter, then that should count for something right? It's got to count for something… You tell them that.
      Lincoln: I will.
      Michael: Tell them.
Lincoln: I'd trade place with you in a second.
      Michael: I know.

    • Michael:(To Whistler) My name is Michael Scofield. I was sent to get you out of here.
