The giant box, on which Whistler (and later Lincoln) jumped on, reads "MOGU 206135 4".
The number on the speed boat that Alfonso uses to rescue the escapees is 373260.
The number on the buoy is 4061.
The license plate of Alfonso's car is 390565.
In one scene Whistler hurts his ankle running away from Sona, later in the episode he is swimming, running and jumping with no sign of an injury. Although it's revealed that he faked his injury, it's funny that none of the others picked up on how his injury came and went.
Goof: Throughout the episode, Susan's lipstick color changes from bright red to pink many times even though it is one day.
We learn that McGrady's real name is Luis Gallego.
Michael says they have 30 seconds before the generator comes back on. It takes about a minute in real time, but the other escapees comment that it took less than 30 seconds.
When Lincoln is driving the car, he is wearing a blue T-shirt, but when he gets out, he is wearing a black T-shirt with a gray long sleeved undershirt.
Lincoln: What do you think happened to Sucre? Michael: I don't know. We've gotta move!
Susan: This had better work out. (Camera pans to back of van with Sofia and L.J. tied up). For everyone's sake.
Mahone: (to the brothers) I was told to choose between your family and mine. Those were my options. I chose mine.
Mahone: You told them they had thirty seconds to get across. The generator kicked in sooner. Michael: I must have miscalculated.
Alfonso: (to Lincoln) Thank you for my boy. I hope you get your son back, too.
Susan B.: All right, listen: if you want to see your son... Lincoln: Hey, you're not calling the shots anymore. Susan B.: As long as I have L.J.,... Lincoln: As long as I got Whistler, you're going to do exactly as I say. You got it?
Whistler: (to the brothers) You've done a great job of getting us out of the frying pan, but it'll be for nothing if we end up back in the fire.
Mahone: This is looking like a dead end, right here. Lincoln: Stay in the car then!
Lincoln: They want you, they got you. It's that simple. Whistler: This is not about me, it's about Sofia and your son! Michael, tell him! Tell him these people just won't let us walk away!
Whistler: Michael, if I don't get another chance, I want you to know that I appreciate everything you've done. Michael: You're welcome.
Mahone: Where's your friend, Michael? Michael: Sucre's not just going to abandon us. He'll show!
(Whistler falls and injures his ankle) Mahone: Mr. Whistler, I'll drag you by your hair if I have to. We gotta go!
McGrady: I don't swim so good. Lincoln: Too bad, kid, because you're getting wet.
Lincoln: (calling Sucre's phone) Where the hell are you? We're counting on you to be there. If you're not there, we're dead! Now call me back, please!
Company Agent: Burrows will reach out if he wants his son back. Susan B.: That might no longer be an option.
(Guards find the buried cooler with the escapees' shoes) Guard: General, I think we have to call the Coast Guard.
Whistler: You didn't consider a boat? Michael: They show up here and we're ten yards offshore, and we're target practice.
McGrady: You've got to turn around, Papa! I can't go back to Sona! I can't!
Lincoln: (to Whistler) Hey, you've got no say in what happens to my son. You got it?
Guard: What kind of man doesn't take care of his family? Sucre: Not a good one.
Lincoln: (to Michael, about McGrady) Always picking up strays, huh?
Susan B.: This sure as hell better work out, for everyone's sake.
(T-Bag's about to be tortured when he notices Sucre) T-Bag: He knows everything! He knows everything!
Michael: Think this will work out? Lincoln: Yeah, this will work. You, me and L.J.
McGrady: We have to go now! We're running out of time!
Susan B.: All that gunfire and they only hit your car three times?
Gen. Mestas: What the hell is he (Sucre) still doing here? Guard: He has an outstanding warrant. Gen. Mestas: Unless it's for murder, get him out of here!
Michael: Sucre's coming. Be patient.
Michael: They got caught.
Mahone: We don't need a suntan. We need to get lost. (hints about the situations they are in)
T-Bag (about Michael): Son of a bitch sold us out!
Bellick: Where the hell's Scofield? T-Bag: Shut it! If Scofield doesn't get caught, he could still fix this mess.
Susan (over the phone): Linc? Lincoln: Yeah? Susan: Gotta commend you on that boom-box trick. Very sophisticated. You steal that one from Home Alone? Lincoln: You fell for it, bitch.
Michael: What is this place? Lincoln: Where we're gonna make the exchange, on our terms. There's a service road out back just in case we wanna get lost. Whistler: Assuming we're still alive. Lincoln: You still talkin'!
Mahone: Considering I don't have a pony in this race, I guess this is where I say goodbye. Lincoln: You think I'm gonna let you walk out of here? After what you did to us? After what you did to my dad? Mahone: No... Lincoln: I was gonna kill you at the beach, but I didn't want to do anything that was gonna get us caught. You shot my dad in the back. I'm gonna give you the courtesy you never gave him. Now turn around.
Guard: Take off your pants! T-Bag: Excuse me, signor? Guard: I said take off your pants! T-Bag: If I knew you boys party at Sona like this, I would have never tried to escape...
Guard: Tell us what you know and you won't wind up being beaten to death like your friend. T-Bag: I know less than you do! Which is odd, considering how dumb you are...
Mahone: Five guys, four tanks. Lincoln: Sucks for you Mahone.
(Lechero, T-Bag and Bellick get captured when escaping) Mahone: What's your plan, Michael? Michael: This is the plan!
