It seems strange that Michael would need to tattoo a picture of Christ inside a rose so he could remember the name of his own mother, Christina Rose.
When the ship that Michael and Lincoln are on leaves the dock it is going backwards when it should be going forwards.
When Michael and Lincoln get off the ship in Panama, Michael's right arm is showing the tattoo. In the closeup it's his left arm.
When Bellick and Sucre are in Mexico City, a bank called "Bital" is shown. The bank HSBC bought Bital about 4 years ago.
The name of the mother of Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows is revealed to be Christina Rose Scofield.
The airport where T-Bag lands is not the Benito Juarez International Airport in Mexico City.
Europeangoldfinch.net is a website first mentioned in Panama. Actually, it is just a reinforcement of the first utterance of Michael while talking to Sucre in the second season, "Subdivision". Michael informs Sucre about the site telling him that they can use this for communication. In "Wash", Franklin showcases europeangoldfinch as part of a deal with Agent Mahone. The website was registered by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation on July 31, 2006.
Sucre's name on the website europeangoldfinch.net is 3.5Nando.
The name of the ship that Michael and Lincon are on is called Texas Aggier. It is printed in white letters on the side of the boat and is visible as the ship leaves the dock.
Mahone mentions that with the PATRIOT act, on the request of the American authorities, an arrest in Panama can take place, the law however doesn't grant that ability. Michael mentions that Panama doesn't have extradition laws, however the U.S. and Panama signed a dual extradition treaty in 1904, and a treaty on further legal assistance in 1991 .
In the scene where Michael rolls up his sleeve to show the tattoo of Christ in the rose, above that tattoo his skin is bare and the rest of the tattoo doesn't appear to be there.
Kim: Forgive me for asking, sir, but couldn't we be doing this in my office? It'd be much more comfortable. Pad Man: I felt we needed to speak freely. For the next several hours, this is what those in the intelligence community refer to as a "blind spot." Something to do with the position of the sun, I'm told. Disrupts long-distance recording devices. Kim: If I may apologize again, sir, for the unfortunate outcome with the president. I know how important she was to our interests, and I assure you that moving forward, I'll- Pad Man: You won't be moving anywhere until you can explain to me how this happened. Kim: The brothers; they're making it- Pad Man: Still alive? Kim: Yes. It appears they were able to flee the country. Pad Man: To where? Kim: Mr. Mahone seems to believe they're in Panama. Pad Man: Does our Mr. Mahone know where exactly in Panama they are? Kim: Not yet. Why? Pad Man: How much do you know about Sona, Mr. Kim? Kim: Only what I've been given clearance on. Pad Man: Perhaps what our situation requires, is a change in strategy.
Wheeler: Mr. Franklin, good afternoon. This is Richard Sullins, Director of Internal Affairs at the FBI. Sullins: Which means whenever one of our people does something wrong, it's my job to make it right. C-Note: How right are we talking about? Sullins: Well, let's be clear, you are a convicted felon. You broke out of a state penitentiary, there's only so much I can do. C-Note: Well, there's only so much I can say. Now, I'm sorry if I seem a little bit skeptical. But the last time a federal agent came up in here offering me a deal, there was a string attached... that I was supposed to put around my neck. Sullins: I've been authorized to, uh, offer you a reduced sentence in exchange for your testimony against Agent Mahone. Instead of 18 years, you'll be looking at 18 months. C-Note: 18 months? Hey, you know what? That man tried to kill me. So as soon as he finds out that I'm singing, I probably won't even last 18 days. Sullins: Mr.Franklin... C-Note: He threatened my family! Now, I need to be out there protecting them. So until you can offer me something like that... I'm not testifying to a damn thing. Guard! Sullins: Free man. You and your family. Witness protection, fresh start. C-Note: Clean record? Sullins: Spick-and-span.
Lincoln: You know for what it's worth, no one forced Sara to do what she did. Michael: Whatever gets you through the night. Lincoln: What the hell does that mean? I didn't ask you to use her. Michael: It's not that simple. Lincoln: Whatever gets you through the night buddy. Michael: You know what amazes me, Linc? Nothing ever registers with you. Ever. It just rolls right off your back, doesn't it? We ruined Sara's life and it's like you don't even care. Lincoln: Is that what you think? Michael: We're here and Sara's back there in prison. Does that seem fair to you? Lincoln: None of it is fair. Just don't make this about boy loses girl. Michael: Who should it be about, Linc? Westmoreland? Tweener? LJ? Lincoln: Let me stop you right there! Michael: Do you remember the name of the guard that was murdered because of the riot I started? Lincoln: Shut up Michael. Please. Michael: You don't remember his name? Lincoln: Shut up. Michael: I bet you remember Veronica's name, don't you? Lincoln: (pushes Michael very hard. They're both screaming now) You mention her name again and I swear to God! Michael: What about T-bag? Linc, he's out there, now! Because of us! You and me! (calmly) Every life he takes, that's blood on our hands. And for what? Lincoln: I didn't ask you to do what you did. Michael: They were going to kill you, Linc. Lincoln (screaming): Well, maybe you should have let them! Michael: Take that back.
Mahone: In old England the punishment for a traitorous act was beheading. Following the execution they would hold the head up by the hair not, as most people think, for the crowd to see the head, but for the head to see the crowd because consciousness sticks around for another eight seconds. The idea was that it would give the traitor one more chance to take a look at... Wheeler: You don't want to do this, okay? Just take a moment... Mahone: If you're going to stab me in the back, Agent Wheeler, be smart enough to cover up the knife.
Kim: Benjamin Franklin is alive... Mahone: I'm aware of that. Kim: ...and being released from custody. Mahone: That's impossible. They would need permission from my office. Kim: Good to know you're on top of things.
Michael: Trying to remember the last time our lives made any kind of sense? Lincoln: Before mom died, when it was just the three of us.
Wheeler: (to Mahone) You can erase me too, but it's not going to erase the very real fact that you're going to spend the rest of your life in prison.
Kim: We're talking about a very real finish line here, Alex. You've come so far. Mahone: How much further would I have to go?
Wheeler: Let me take you in. Whatever mess you're in, we can clean it up. Mahone: There's only one way out of this.
Mahone: If anybody pops, call the Embassy and get them to send an officer and pick up the woman for questioning. Lang: I don't think we can just arrest a foreign citizen without any... Mahone: Patriot Act, Agent Lang. I could arrest your grandmother for missing a stitch in her macrame if I wanted to.
Mahone: You remind me of myself when I was a young agent. Wheeler: What? I wish I could take that as a compliment.
Hooker: (to T-Bag) I don't know who this Susie-Q bitch is, but no wonder she wants nothing to do with you!
Mahone: (to Wheeler) Don't you let anyone scare you into doing the wrong thing.
Kim: Going somewhere, Alex? Mahone: I don't know, am I?
Wheeler: You're a killer, Alex. Mahone: Is that so?
Lincoln: We've lost so much, man, we can't afford to lose each other.
Michael: I couldn't find her. (Sees all the cop cars from a distance and realizes Sara's been caught) Sara! (To Lincoln) We got to go back. Lincoln: Michael you can't, there's nothing you can do. Michael: There's always something you can do. Lincoln: Not this time. Not this time. It's done. Sorry!
Mahone: Scofield or prison? Sara: I just wanted a donut, sir. Mahone: Get her a donut. Can we get her a donut? Get her a donut. Get her a dozen donuts! Lock her up!
Mahone: Where is he? Sara: I don't know. Mahone: No more games, Sara. You were on your way to see him. Sara: No, I wasn't. Mahone: You were just compelled to flee the custody of a federal agent?
Bellick: Let me tell you words you're more familiar with. She's in the hole. Enough food and water to last about three weeks. Any longer than that your sweet little plum is going to dry up like a raisin. Sucre: If anything happens to her, so help me... Bellick: Help you? The way I see it it's you who's got to help me. Cuz you ain't getting your hands on that girl until I get my hands on that money. Guess that makes us partners.
(Sucre is pointing a gun at Bellick) Bellick: Oh yeah, shoot! Though it might not be the best idea seeing as I'm the only one who knows where your chiquita is tied up. Sucre: Where is Maricruz? Bellick: If I tell you I'm as good as dead, of course if you shoot so is she.
Sucre: What's it going to take for you to forget you ever found us? Bellick: There ain't enough pesos DJ.
(On the phone) Michael: Sara, what's the matter? The ship is leaving. Sara (looks around, realizes she's surrounded by cops): Michael? Michael: What's wrong? (long pause, she doesn't respond) Sara? Sara: I'm already on board. I'm sorry I must have just missed you, where are you? Michael: We're on deck. Sara: Great! I'm on my way up. Love you. (hangs up)
(On the phone) Michael: Listen Sara, Linc and I are on the ship. This is it. There's no turning back now so, I know it's not what you wanted from your life, but in case you're interested, there is room for one more. Sara: Michael Scofield are you asking me to sail off into the sunset with you? Michael: Well, it's more of a freighter, but yes. Sara: I'll be there.
Lincoln (to Michael): When you came to Fox River, remember what you said? You said I'm going to break you out of here. I'm alive. You did that. You want to look for the good, you look there. Come on, let's just finish what you started.
Michael: I can't believe we're running again. Lincoln: It's different now, man! Michael: You think so? Lincoln: Yeah! We brought the bitch down. Michael: She stepped down, Linc. Lincoln: Because of us.
Kim: Three things I hate, Alex...traffic, hockey, and calling you with the same question over and over. Mahone: Well, then, don't call me anymore.
Though credited, Paul Adelstein does not appear in this episode.
