Goof: During the police car chase at the start, when Lincoin and his son are in the back of the police car, each behind a front seat. However, when the camera zooms out it shows only one person in the back seat, and he is in the middle.
Goof: When Michael and Sara are escaping from the Rendezvous point, Michael tells her to hold on. Sara is doing that in close up shots, but the stunt double in the wide angle shots obviously doesn't. This is a continuity error during the whole scene.
Goof: Sara opens the mail box at the Rendezvous point to check for messages or hints from Michael but closes it again after finding out it's empty. In later shots, the mail box is wide open again.

When the car with Aldo's people is about to crash the police car the first time, you can see that it stops a little, so there won't be an actual crash.
Bellick picks up the bag containing the money with one hand and lightly tosses it. If the bag contained $5 million in one hundred dollar bills (as established last season when Westmoreland showed Michael the $100 bill) then the bag should have weighed about 110 lbs (5,000,000/100/454= 110.1). Bills weigh about a gram and there are 454 grams in a pound.
Sara Tancredi apparently knows how to hotwire cars.
Why did Bellick pull T-Bag off the chair to torture him with the heated poker? He was dragging him into the kitchen to torture him when he could have just left him in the chair. This was a contrived way to allow T-Bag to fight back and have the key go skidding across the floor.
When Michael and Sara are fleeing from Mahone in the car chase, they drive across loose gravel and grass. While skidding across these surfaces, the cars somehow make tire-squealing noises as if they were on pavement.
Goof: Sara was registered at the Sundown Hotel as "Kelly Foster"... How did Michael know the fake ID of Sara to send her the fax?
Lincoln and Michael's father's first name is Aldo.
This episode takes place a week since the escape from Fox River.
The guy at the hotel tells Mahone that Sara had a fax sent to her 20 mins ago. The fax, from Michael, says to meet him in an hour. Mahone is then told that the address on the fax is only 5 mins away. If that was the case Sara wouldn't have left yet, and even if she had Mahone would have still got there before Michael.
When Sara is driving around the railroad to rendezvous with Michael, the car she is driving has the sun visor swung down, but the next shot in the car, the sun visor was at its original position.

Sucre: Theresa, this message is for Maricruz. I was right there waiting for your call. But the cops showed up and I couldn't pick up the phone. Geary (after knocking Bellick out and taking the money): Next time, you pick though the crap.
Michael: I've arranged for us to get to Panama. We're meeting up with my brother tomorrow.
Sara: Wait, that's your plan? To run away to Panama with the two most wanted men in America? I - Michael, I came here because I thought you were gonna have real answers for me.
Michael: This is an answer. And right now it's the only one we've got.
Sara: Running away into the sunset with the man who lied to me? Really? I mean, did you know about the other guys? Did you know that I would be putting T-Bag back out onto the street?!
Michael: I never meant for that to happen. I was doing what I needed to do. My brother was gonna die.
Sara: Now my father's dead.
(Michael appears shocked. He leans on his car for support, before turning to face Sara)
Michael: I am sorry, about your father. I'm sorry for a lot of things. For what I did to you. I have many, many regrets. But that's the biggest.
Sara: That doesn't help me right now.
Michael: I'm sorry for that too. I didn't expect you to, ah…I didn't expect you to forgive me. But I don't want you to, ah…I don't want you to be alone in this.
Sara: I don't wanna be alone.
(in the warehouse)
Michael (after locking Mahone in, who's pointing a gun): I wouldn't do that if I were you, Alex. You smell that? It's propane. It's filling the room. And if you pull that trigger, we both die.
Mahone: I'll do it. I'll do it!
Michael: Maybe. But before you do, let me ask you a question, Alex. Do you think you're still one of the good guys? Fighting the good fight? Because I think we both know you've crossed over. You're on the wrong side, chasing the wrong guys. My brother is innocent. He never killed anyone.
Mahone: Well thanks for opening my eyes.
Michael: Okay Alex, shoot. We both know what'll happen.
Mahone: Ah, the propane will kill me anyway, what difference does it make? May as well do it right now.
Michael: That's a good point. (he breaks a window) There ya go. There. There! That will give you some time to think about what you're doing. But first a word of advice – stop. Because when you get close, I will win, every time.
Mahone: You think?
Michael: I'm not the one in the cage.
Mahone (laughing): No you're not. There's one big difference between you and I, Michael. And you just proved it. You can't kill. And that's what it's gonna take to stop me. 'Cause I don't have the same reservations. I can't. So whether it's today in Gila or tomorrow in Albuquerque or two months from now, in Panama, I will get you. (after Michael walks away) I don't have a choice.
T-Bag: Geary, come on, we can make a deal man.
Geary: No deals. You just crapped out your last bargaining chip, pal.
Lincoln: Where are we?
Jane: It doesn't matter. You're safe here. You can take a seat.
Lincoln: I ain't doin' anything until I see my dad.
Jane: All I can tell you is he's on his way. His flight lands in an hour.
Lincoln: Why should I trust you, lady?
Jane: I don't see you have much of a choice. I could drop you off back with the cops if you'd prefer. You have somewhere else to be?
Lincoln: Matter of fact we do.
Jane: Well we can't let you leave. And your father was expecting your brother to be with you, do you know where he is?
Lincoln: Do you really think I'm gonna answer that?
Jane: You need to start cooperating with us, Lincoln. We're only trying to help.
Kellerman: The news is not good, Burrows was intercepted before I got here. It is a setback, but we are not that far behind. I –
Kim: Paul, Paul. Calm down. It'll be all right, someone will take care of it.
Kellerman: Someone who? Bill, tell me you're not bringing someone else in on this.
Kim: You didn't think you were along on this, did ya? You're a soldier. There's an army. Tell me, what do you have on Sara Tancredi?
Kellerman: What does that have to do with this?
Kim: Go back to your original assignment.
Kellerman: Bill, I am here now, I can do this, and then –
Kim: The girl? We need to know what he father told her. When you find out, give me a call.
T-Bag: It don't matter what you do to me – I ain't talkin'.
Bellick: Well I ain't stoppin' 'til I get what I came for.
Aldo: So, this is him.
Lincoln: Lincoln Junior.
Aldo: Named him after yourself.
Lincoln: I wasn't going to name him Aldo. L.J. This is your grandfather. Aldo Burrows.
Aldo: I've waited for this for a long time. Um…I've arranged a safe place for both of you to go to.
Lincoln: Well thanks for bailin' us out, but ah, we gotta meet Michael.
Aldo: Where is he?
Lincoln: Down by the border, a place called Bolshoi Booze.
Lincoln: You know my dad?
Jane: Well enough. We used to work together.
Lincoln: Oh. The Company.
Jane: Yeah. But that was a long time ago. And now I work against them. Just like he does.
Lincoln: So I guess you walked out on your family too, with no explanations , no goodbyes…
Jane: I don't have a family. Lincoln, he really wants to see you. And your brother. He hasn't seen Michael since he was 10 years old.
Man (to Jane): They're here.
Jane: Wait here. (she walks off)
Lincoln (grabs L.J): Lets go.
L.J.: Huh? Where are we going?
Lincoln: Michael never met your grandfather.
Kellerman: Mahone, Lincoln Burrows has been apprehended.
Kellerman: Arizona. I'm on my way and I need your talents on the ground as well.
Mahone: I'll get there as soon as I can.
Kellerman: I don't think you heard me. Get to Arizona.
Mahone: I'm this close to Scofield.
Kellerman: Well we have a bird in the hand.
Mahone: Yeah, well so might I. You wanted me to figure out Scofield's rendezvous with Tancredi? It's happening today, and I'm sitting right on top of it.

Sara: This isn't going to feel good.
Michael: I have a high tolerance for pain. You know that.
Sara: I do. And you're not a diabetic, are you?
Sara: Michael, tell me something. You think that there is a part of you that enjoys this?
Michael: Peroxide in an open wound? No.
Sara: I mean escaping from prison and being on the run and the danger, the fear, the rush. All that. It ah, it feels to me like chasing a high. And, and I know what that's like and I should know better by now.
Michael: I never thought about it like that. (waits) I know you heard this before, but it won't always be like this.
Sara: From everything you told me, it's just getting worse.
Michael: They can't chase us forever. The guy who caught up with us today, he stops at the border. That's why we have to get across. And I have the people in place to help us to do that, we're meeting them tomorrow. One more day, Sara. (holds her arm) One more day. That's all I'm asking.
Sara: You can get cleaned up. Keep this dry.
(Michael stands up and goes to the bathroom)
Michael: Sara, I'm glad you came. (shuts the door)
Michael: Let's go! Get in the car.
Sara: We can't get out this way. Michael, that's the only way outta here.
Michael: Then that's the way we're going.
Michael: I wasn't sure, you would come.
Sara: I didn't have a choice.
Michael: This isn't gonna be easy for you.
Sara: You said in your message, that you had a plan to make this right, I need to know what that is.
(When being chased by Mahone)
Sara: We gotta get back to my car.
Michael: It's too far.
Sara: If we go now, before he gets more people...
Michael: He's not gonna call for backup. He wants his privacy.
Michael: He's not trying to catch me. He's trying to kill me.
(talking about Mahone)
Sara: If we go now before he gets more people?
Michael: He is not going to call for backup. He wants his privacy.

Kim: This is why we hired Mr. Mahone. He's the official face here.
Kellerman: Don't worry, this won't be official, and there won't be any questions.
Kim: Of course there will. Just make sure no one's left to answer them.
Bellick (to T-Bag with a meat beater in his hand): Lookey what I found. Guess Ms. Hollander liked to beat some meat. Maybe a couple of whacks in the temple with this will help you remember where you put the money.
Geary (searching through T-Bag's possessions): For a millionaire you travel light.
Though Rockmond Dunbar is credited, he does not appear in this episode.
