Goof: The Dollar note on the "Tancredi arrested" newspaper clipping has one bar in some shots and two bars in the close ups when Gretchen looks at it. Also, the handwriting is different between shots.
This episode takes place after the scene in the series finale where they get exonerated, but before the "4 years later" scenes.
Goof: On Michael's headstone it says he was born in '74, but in a previous episode (Mother Lode) Lincoln says Michael was born in '76.
Goof: Michael's gravestone states that he died in 2005. This contradicts Prison Break being set in the future as Caroline Reynolds became the 46th president in season 1. In real life, the president in 2005 was George W. Bush and he was the 43rd president.
The scene where C-Note and Sucre break into the loft Amaury Nolasco has hair. In the very next scene, he has a completely shaved head.
Michael's grave:
MICHAEL J. SCOFIELD
10.8.1974 - 11.4.2005
Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Friend
Be the change you want to see in the world
The last line was Sara's senior quote.
C-Note takes Lincoln's phone and presses a button to speed dial Kellerman's number. Lincoln would not have Kellerman's number on speed dial.
When Christina shoots Lincoln at the end of the episode, there is a suppressor (silencer) attached to the barrel of her pistol. Therefore the sound of the gunshot would be nearly inaudible. Instead the shot sounds undiminished, as if fired from a pistol without a suppressor.
Another change to the opening credits: when the title of the show appears, the Scylla card is replaced with Scylla itself.
Lincoln finds a scrap of an Auto Rental Agreement in Christina's hotel room. The name of the Auto Rental Company is Lariat Auto Rentals.
There is no Lariat Auto Rental company in the country.
This company has also appeared on episodes of NCIS, Supernatural and X-Files.
General Krantz refers to Naveen Banerjee's father as 'Nadu Banerjee', but the reporter on TV calls him 'Nandu Banerjee'.
Christina comments that Bengali is difficult to pronounce because it has "14 different vowels." In reality, it has 11 vowel letters and 7 vowel sounds - fewer vowel sounds than English, which has up to about 20, depending on accent.
Goof: Lincoln says that Michael was born in 1976. Earlier in the season he said Michael had just turned 31. The entire series (if you follow the timeline) takes place in 2005. This would mean that Michael is 29. It is obvious they were going by the year that the show was made and not takes place.
Starting with this episode the main credits change a little. At the beginning instead of the warehouse in LA, it shows the building in Miami.
The note Michael retrieves from the dead operative reads:
7/31I10R4AZMS
8/1B2348ROCKWELL1630VS
Technical Inaccuracy: While Tia's driver's license looked good, it had some technical goofs. The number on the driver's license follows the format A-BBB-CCC-DD-EEE-F, where A is the first letter of the licensee's last name, and DD is the last two digits of the licensee's birth year. Tia's last name was Hayden, so it should have started with H instead of V. Also, her birth year was 1974, but according to the license number it should have been 1963. Also, that license said it was issued in 2006, but that format (i.e. color scheme and layout) of the license was only used before 2004.
Goof: In this episode, we see a photo of Aldo, Christina Rose and Lincoln and Michael as children. In this photo they all look like a very happy family, however it is established early on in the series that Aldo had left his family before Michael was born, and that he never returned.
When Sara crashes the Jeep into the buggy, you can clearly see that the guards in the buggy have been replaced by dummies wearing similar clothes.
Michael just had brain surgery and, yet, has absolutely no scars on his head.
When T-Bag is getting interviewed by Lincoln he has a full goatee but the previous episode he only has a mustache.
