All About Appearances was a superb episode of Privileged and I really enjoyed watching this episode because it had a lot of character and plot development for Megan and Lorel. It was interesting to watch Lorel interact with the girls, and how she handled things with the photo shoot and in the end she realized just how distant her and the girls have grown from each other. Megan deals with guy issues of her own as she dumps Jacob who was cheating and Charlie goes out with another girl. I look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!!!

  • Rose and Sage are hired to do a photo shoot only for it to fall apart.

Hmm, it looks like the producers of Privileged have been watching the Season 1 DVD of Gossip Girl as they did an episode almost exactly like this last year. Blair was set to do a photo shoot for her mother's line only for her to be replaced when she wasn't the right fit for it.

There were still some good parts to this, but overall it was just an average episode by Privileged standards. The highlight of the program was probably the confrontation between Megan and Laurel. Strong acting from Joanna Garcia and Anne Archer allowed you to feel the kind of intensity usually absent from shows on CW.moreless

  • megan finds out something pervy about jacob, charlie tries to get over megan, and rose and sage are on cloud nine when laurel books them for an add campaign.

i cannot believe jacob had a relationship with a student(fomer, after she graduated, doesnt matter) thats the most pervy thing ever, and the way he was so cool about it, and how he slept with her BEFORE megan even called it quits, i understand this girls issues with guys. megan should be with someone nice, maybe charlie but god knows they are never gonna let charlie have that break. she should however NOT be with will(stupid rich kid who slept with her sister!!)

charlie is mean, BUT i understand his problem(speaking as someone who has been in that situation) however cutting someone whom you've had such a close relationship with out of yor life, just cold turkey is insane and inconciderate. sage is annoying, but i guess they need to have that one character that isnt gonna get along with the main character. laurel is living in her own little world, why didnt she just take herself out of the picture, obviously she was the factor that nigel didnt like in the picture...

nigel barker is one HOTT mamma jamma!!!!!moreless

  • Megan obsesses over declaring herself dating the headmaster that she misses the deterioration of her relationship with Charlie. While Laurel invites the twins to join her in her ad campaign, but it starts to fall apart.moreless

Cheating boyfriend, distant relationship and Sage being angry with Megan is just typical behavior for Privileged.
However, this episode did set itself apart because I got so annoyed with Megan again. Whenever I watch her interact with Charlie I get so vexed with her. Everyone gets focused on their own life, but when watching someone else does it to such a nice guy, it is frustrating. The excitement from the twins after the news about the ad campaign was expected. However, I had been surprised by Sage's reaction. Where as Rose was sweet as always, Sage's anger seemed a little too extreme. Of course neglect could do that, so we'll see how that progresses.

Lastly the writers did end things VERY fast with the headmaster. Thank you! At least that was not dragged out, because honestly he should not have been in contention.moreless
