  • All About Defining Yourself

All About Defining Yourself was a superb episode and lived up to the title as Megan discovers she has to be true to herself through her work as Will pointed out, Rose learns that every thing doesn't have to revolve around Sage but that compromises can be made, and Charlie seems to want a fresh beginning by going back to school. There was a lot of character and plot development that made the episode fun to watch. I really liked when Megan told Laurel what she had found out, and how Laurel reacted. I look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!!!

  • The twins get a deal with a publicist, Megan starts a book about Laurel. Starring: JoAnna Garcia, Lucy Kate Hale, Ashley Newbrought, Michael Cassidy, Allan Louis, Brian Hallisay, and Anne Archer.moreless

One major problem with this episode. That problem was that Lilly Smith (Kristina Apgar) was not in this episode and was not even mentioned in this episode. One of the key elements of the show is sisterhood, having Megan (JoAnna Garcia) and Lily, as well as Sage (Ashley Newbrough) and Rose (Lucy Kate Hale). But that aside, this was a really good episode. I loved it. The whole situation with Laurel (Anne Archer) was completley unexpected, and i really did not see that coming. I assumed that maybe she committed fraud or something like that, but i was way off. Charlie (Michael Cassidy) getting a girlfriend other than waiting for Megan was a really good job, and i loved the idea from the writers. And the fight between Rose and Sage was really good, and i am so glad that they are not like a hunky doory family, and i loved it. Plus it was backed by a normally great performance by Hale and a much stepped up performance by Newbrough.moreless
  • Megan starts a biography about Laurel.

Much like many recent episodes of Privileged the show took some time to get exciting. Things kicked into high gear when we had the confrontation between Laurel and Megan. Those two have great chemistry together and strike a different kind of emotion not on the rest of the CW lineup.

Rose and Sage just seemed kind of there in this episode and did not have many funny lines or interesting things going on. The fight between them came off as very scripted and unnatural.

Despite that it was a good episode and I look forward to seeing where things progress from here.moreless
