All About Insecurities was a perfect episode of Privileged and I really enjoyed watching this episode as Megan gave away seemingly known info on Will to his Boss, the girls prepare for their first gig, and Megan and Laurel come to an understanding again. It was interesting to watch Megan and her friend from college as well as learn more about Megan's true character. Rose was sensational with her voice and Sage was good on her guitar but not getting the attention she wanted until a popular media figure started questioning Rose, then Sage's true talents came to light. I really like how things played out in this episode and all of the characters had some growth, including Will who decided it was time to step his game up. I look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!!!!!

  • Rose's character comes out from behind Sage nicely here.

    9.0
This episode really showed that Rose has lots of talents previously hidden from us. Who would have thought she had such a nice singing voice? It was good to see her come out from Sage's shadow.

I disliked Megan's friend, hopefully she has gone home and won't be seen again. I missed Charlie this week and there was no sign of Lily or their dad. However, Laurel, Rose and Sage made up for this. Also the romance with Will seemed to get off the ground at last. More of this please.

This was probably one of the most enjoyable episodes so far.moreless
  • I loved the song that she was singing.

    7.5
Sage was put to the side when roses talent emerged. Rose had a great voice and sang a great song, but during an interview she froze and Sage was by her side to help. I loved it because the whole thing was Sages idea and she was left in the background. I always wished I had a sister like that. They are so close and I love how they standup for each other no madder how they are feeling. Its very heart warming. over all the episode was good. I dont think it was one of the best but it did the light hearted trick.moreless
  • Megan gets a case of 'what could've been' when her best friend visits, all while getting the cold shoulder from Laurel. Rose gives an impressive performance which jeopardizes an important school test.moreless

    6.5
I have been following the series and enjoying it quite fondly but frankly the last two episodes have resorted to predictability and forced/fake performances. Last week it was Rose and Sage's confrontation (Who saved the episode this time around) and this week it was Megan and her friend's confrontation.

This series started out fresh, unique and different with several different possible directions. Rose and Sage teamed up with Kathy Najimi was a treat. Sage's humility and conniving attitude went hand in hand for the first time in the series, and sweet little Rose gave another strong performance - their storyline is progressing well. Anne Archer was, as usual, good as the woman that no one can please, but was a main reason the episode was poor.

The predictability of this episode was ridiculously frequent - we knew she wouldn't get fired, we knew that she would make up with her friend and it was obvious that Will quit. The way the episode went from anger to everyone happy in 5 minutes put a sour taste in my mouth - the Megan/Laurel conflict was good and I wish it would stick around.

Early on, Lily stealing the bracelet and Charlie's development were the kind of surprises that made this series great - and hopefully they'll return before it is too late. And where was Charlie or Lily, anyway?moreless
