Monika says that Luke acts as if he's a child star. Well, he was one! He has performed professionally on tv, stage and screen, most notably as Young Simba in The Lion King and as Lee Jordan in the first two Harry Potter movies.

Luke: (hearing that Caprice wants to put his lingerie into production) As I was watching it I felt like Charlie when he got the golden ticket.
This refers to the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, by Roald Dahl. It has also been made into two different movies, starring Gene Wilder (Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory) and Johnny Depp (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).

Alexis Carrington is the character played by Joan Collins on the eighties Night time soap opera Dynasty.

Luciano Pavarotti is the world famous Italian tenor. He also holds two world records- the most curtain calls (165), and the best selling album ("In Concert", by The Three Tenors).
