Two models from America's Next Top Model were walking in the final shows: Bianca Golden from Cycle 9 and Dani Evans Cycle 6 Winner.

Order the top three finished:
1. Leanne
2. Korto
3. Kenley

Being Leanne's model and wearing one of her looks on the final runway Tia wins a spread in Elle magazine.

Leanne is the grand prize winner of season 5.

Kenley and Korto were eliminated.

The order for the final runway was Kenley, Korto and then Leanne.

This was the first time that mentor Tim Gunn served as a Guest Judge in the final runway show. But in Project Runway's sister shows Project Runway Canada and Project Catwalk, the designers' mentor were regularly the finale's Guest Judge despite the seeming conflict of interest in having them fulfill those dual roles.
