Yes, I would still watch it if they replaced Tim Gunn.  Honestly, he doesn't have that much of screen time except for the challenge/work process and when the designers leave at the end.  Not that I have anything against him - he's a great guy and I like him - but the show is not based around his presence, so it wouldn't be this end-of-the-world catastrophe if he left.  Granted, the chemistry between him and the designers is phenomenal, but I'm sure they would bring in someone just as qualified as him.

I watch for two reasons. 1.-The outfits, and 2.-Tim Gunn. If Tim left, I don't think watching Heidi and Nina shred the contestants, and the contestants go through all their reality TV drama, would be enough to make me want to look at the clothes. For the most part, I despise Heidi and Nina. Replace them!

I would still watch. The whole pint of the show is not him, but the designers and their designs. However, I do think he's amazing and perfect for his role.

I'll watch the show more if Tim Gunn left. I don't like him at all. He should focus less on the tough love attitude and more on offering constructive criticism.

Project Catwalk's Ben De Lisi is a much better mentor.

OMG I love Tim Gunn. I think he is so cute, and actually asincere person. I would still watch if he wasnt on the show but I wouldnt be watching so diligently. Plus, I love how when he tells the contestants something because they usually hear it again with the judges. I love "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" I want to go on it.

I may but it depends on who would take his place. I mostly watch the show to see the fashion and the fights that sometimes arise.

I enjoy watching the contestants do awesome things... Tim Gunn is really important and I love how he educates and supports the contestants (as opposed to how Colicchio on Top Chef just interrogates them and walks off, for example) and it would definitely be a worse show without him. But I would still enjoy a lot of it.

I agree that it wouldn't be the same without Tim Gunn. I wouldn't watch it if he wasn't there, it just wouldn't be the same. Plus I love it when he tries to warn someone that their outfit is ugly and they don't listen and get kicked off. That happened this week, I laughed.

i absolutely hateto admit it but, i would still watch if he left. sure he doesnt get that much air time but man, i dont know if i could live without his "make it work" and more recently "holla at your boy". he's just hilarious even when he doesnt even try.

on a similar note, isnt he like the director or something for parson's? if he left, would they still work at parson's. i heard rumors of him not doing season 5 but thankfully, he is!

This show is not as great as it once was, and right now Tim's the main reason I'm still watching.

No. Tim is Tim, and makes things in the workroom interesting.

I wouldn't watch it. Tim is such a sincere and interesting guy. And who else can say "Make it work!" any better than him? I'll answer for you. NOBODY.
