Sitting in for regular judge Michael Kors in this episode was Francisco Costa - Women's Creative Director for Calvin Klein's Collection - and the guest judge was model and actress Molly Sims.

Amy Sarabi had to struggle again with the structure of her design and she was sent home.

The designers had to work in teams of two finding their inspiration in the streets of New York.
Seth Aaron and Emilio went to Harlem.
Amy and Jonathan were in Upper East Side.
Anthony and Maya visited Chinatown.
Jay and Mila found inspiration in East Village.

Ben Chmura was eliminated.

The guest judge for this round was French fashion designer Roland Mouret.

Jonathan Peters' first win came with his romantic and airy mini-dress with the colors of the dress matching the skin tone of his model Cerri.

The top three designers were Jonathan Peters, Seth Aaron Henderson and Maya Luz.

The bottom three designers were Mila Hermanovski, Ben Chmura and Amy Sarabi.

The guest judges for this round are fashion designer Isabel Toldeo - who designed the outfit that First Lady Michelle Obama wore to the President's Inauguration - and world renowned jewelery designer Stephen Webster.

Jesse LeNoir's white painted dress made out of copper sheets was criticized by the judges as amateurish and tortured-looking, which made him to be sent home.

Jay Nicolas Sario created a two piece look, slim fitted pants and a scuptural top with vertical stripes, complemented it with a braided, leather alike belt, which he all made himself out of plastic garbage bags. He won this episode and will have immunity for the next one.
