The episode was great, and I remember when I watched it, I couldn't wait till the next season to see what was going to happen would Syd get out of there? Of course she would and the audience knows it, after all she was the main character.
The audience was left with Syd in the burining medical clinic with a crazed pyromaniac telling her to follow him.
Think about what would you do in that situation? Follow him or try and find your own way out? And the audience was left wondering that.
The audience is left wondering what Syd would do in the next season, her clinic was her life and at that moment it was on fire, it opened up many possibilites.
