Pineapple Sighting: Gus shouts, "Pineapples!" while he and Shawn combine their psychic abilities to solve the case.
Goof: When Gus and Uncle Burton pull up in the parking lot at the restaurant, they park at an angle that is contradictory to the angle of the lines painted on the ground, the curbs in front of the spaces, and the handicap parking sign a spot and a half away. You can also see, during the shot of Uncle Burton's foot as he's getting out of the car, that the car isn't properly in a space.
Phil: Every single person who works here is playing some sort of angle to get the restaurant critic job.
(Nick walks in eating a bag of Cheetos.)
Nick: Sir? Meeting in five. You know, this Cheeto is so
crispy, yet airy. And it's subtle flavor is such a wonderful contrast to its eye-catching color.
Uncle Burton Guster: Shawn, this place is a sty. Maybe you should tidy up once in a while, huh? Or, did you forget that you're the assistant?
Shawn: (to Gus) You are absolutely right, sir. The person who's NOT the psychic detective should be in charge of ALL the cleaning. It just makes sense.
Henry: (Reading his horoscope that Shawn wrote) Sagittarius: Please return the BB gun you confiscated from your son in the second grade. P.S. You are a cranky-pants.
Shawn: Finally, a chance to see Gus' psychic powers at work.
Gus: Shawn, can I speak to you for a second?
Shawn: What is the problem here?
Gus: Stop playing, Shawn. You know I can't do this!
Shawn: Yes, you can.
Gus: No, I can't.
Shawn: You make some observations, you form a conclusion, and you reveal it to everybody in a ridiculous and/or roundabout way.
Shawn: (to Gus) I can't wait to watch you work your psychic magic.
Shawn: Gus, wait up.
Gus: Shawn?
Shawn: Finally. You know, I went to two comic book stores and three women's volleyball games looking for you. Luckily, your phone has GPS.
Gus: You tracked me?
Shawn: Yes, I did. With a little help from my friends at your wireless service provider. By the way, they might be calling. They think you're a fugitive from justice.
(Shawn writing the symbol of the restaurant of Gus's hand)
Gus: Antonio's
Shawn: Sweet!
Gus: Why did you write on my hand?
Shawn: Why would I write it on my own hand? This thing is totally permanent.
Shawn: (to Gus) Don't be such a gloomy you.

Gus' apron when he is in 1987 reads "Cook 'em Danno." This saying is a parody of the phrase used in the 1968 show Hawaii Five-O.
