  • Same old, same old, as the saying goes.

Same old, same old as the saying goes. No wonder this show was axed, it used to be so funny but now it just chugs along like a tired old train. This week, a food truck owner was murdered and Shawn and Gus go undercover to find the killer. Same slapstick and old jokes as every other episode for the past few seasons.
  • Shawn and Gus Truck Things Up

Shawn and Gus and a lot of food, this episode had the makings of a good one. There were some funny parts throughout, but this is just such a step down from the show's heyday years ago.
  • Best episode of this season

I LOVED this episode and it stands out in this bland and predictable final season. Shawn and Gus's trademark wit came back strongly and I thought the episode was written very well compared to the previous 3 episodes.

The only thing I didn't like about the episode was it was unrealistic how quickly Marlowe gave birth. Didn't she just discover she was pregnant less than 2 months ago? Unless she didn't realize she was pregnant until her 3rd trimester, it was a bad continutity error.

And also, it was pretty predictable that she would give birth at the end.

But overall, the episode was enjoyable. I thought the revelation of Henry selling the house and wanting to move away was a very sad and touching moment for the normally funny series. As someone about Shawn's age who has lived near my parents all my life, he reacted exactly as I would have if my parents announced suddenly they wanted to move away.moreless
