      • Buttons: Anyone who touches my irresistibly soft fur falls slowly under my charming spell. No one can resist it! No one!

      • Buttons: Ha! There's no such thing as love...only temporary lust that fills the most base and primitive desire.

      • Dan: Buttons, this is for you.
        Dan: Buttons..., Buttons, Buttons. Oh...awww.
Buttons: ha hah ha ha heh. You lose, Danno!
Dan: Well, that's okay - because look what I got from my friends in Correctional Services. Three Raptors tickets - on the floor. Best seats in the house.
Buttons: Great! Uh, when are we going?
Dan: Oh, I'm sorry. You guys lost your privileges and can't go out.

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • Fatal Attraction

Dan gives Buttons a pet rabbit at the beginning of the episode and its fate, as well as the episode's plot, refers to the movie. Fatal Attraction is a 1987 drama where a man has an affair with a woman, who is determined to remain in his life no matter what. In one scene, the children find their pet rabbit has been killed and is boiling in a pot on the stove (a similar scene plays out in this episode).
