What's everyone think? I always wanted there to be more with the wonder twins.
I like the idea, it uses characters that are preexisting instead of creating your own new ones. I like the idea of Olive dating one of Neds Twin brothers, but I like the character of Randy Mann as well.
White Snow and Dwarf Seven : In the middle of a heavy snow-fall season, a veritcally challenged woman with a powerful shotgun called Seven is looking for her missing six sisters, One, Two, Three, Four, Five and Six, and comes toEmmerson to help. While Ned and Chuck are on a date, they discover the body of Six, drowned in snow. Can the team find the rest before it becomes a Christmas nightmare?
The Italian Mob : A local Italians suddenly decides to make unwanted competiton with the Pie Hole. And when the head chef of the Italians dies in Pie-themed circumstances, the chef's family and friends come hunting for the team.
Headfirst for Halos : A priest dies, crucified on a statue, painted with a beard, and a white cloth. In a similar event, a nun is killed. Following clues, Emmerson finds the nun dead, but a message written in blood : the killer's final victim is a contender for the Pope.
Goodbye Old Friend (1):(This would have been without the entire epilouge, and could have served as a true series finale)Emerson has a new case and refuses to let Ned and Chuck in on the case, yet does let Olive in. Meanwhile Ned and Chuck do find a case of their own. Ned's friend Randy Mann (played by David Arquette) is excited to introduce his new girlfriend Belle Smiles (played by real life wife Courtney Cox Arquette) yet the next day Ned finds him murdered. Police suspect that his girlfriend did it after the evidense of her brightly colored nail polish is seen in streaks of which he was choked, yet when Ned and Chuck question who murdered him, Randy tells him that Belle wasn't the girl who killed him. Now the two of them must solve his murder and prove Belle's innocence, place the real killer behind bars and deal with the fact that a good friend died. After the two have solved the murder, at the hands of unrequited lover Dilly Balsam (Played by Molly Shannon), and Belle asures them that Randy would be greatful to the two of them for taking an interest in his case, they come home to find Olive in tears. Aunt Lily has been murderd.
Goodbye Old Friend (2): Chuck makes an apperance under very heavy veils at her Aunt/Mother's funeral, (so that Vivian wouldn't recognize her). All of them have flashbacks to people they lost, (Chuck=Lily, Vivian=Lily, Ned=his mother) or those they loved(Emerson=His dughter, Olive=The First time she Met Ned).Chuck demands that Ned Bring Lily Back to life, yet Ned refuses, Chuck leaves him and Olive consoles him. Olive makes one last desperate offer to her beloved Pie Maker and Ned Seriously, after the years of tension between him and his untouchable beauty, considers the offer yet Emerson comes into the church.
Emerson reveals to Ned that he and Olive still haven't solved Lily's murder. Ned decides to bring Lily back to life, and invites Chuck to say goodbye. While doing so Olive enters the room and ultimately she learns both Ned and Chuck's secret's, yet Ned looses track of the time and thegrace period comesandgoes at the same timeOlive falls to the floor.
Goodbye Old Friend (3):(this would be the actual Two-Three hour finale of Pushing Daisies)Ned is frightend to see who has died, with Olive having seemingly died. Ned feels horrible that he may have killed a close friend, yet she wakes up, having passed out of shock. Ned, Chuck, Emerson and Olive must now find the actual death victim in the crowd of parishoners who have passed out due to a gassing fest. As they go around waking people up, Ned fears that it may be Vivian who instantly awakens after touching her unlike the other groggy awakens. Vivian is shocked to see both her sister and her niece alive again, and Ned is releved that after touching her again she is still alive. When it is revealed that Ned's father was present at Lily's funeral, he is regretful to find that his father was the actual person killed as not only did he die instantly from the cause and effect, he had been stabbed as well after falling forward on his upward pointed knife, of which he remebers people surrounding him after he had fallen unconciense. His father reveals to Ned that he two had the same touch, as his father did, he tells him that he left Ned so that he could become a better man than his father could, and knows Ned must send him back to his death, yet Ned hesitates so his father touches him and he dies.
Chuck continues to try to calm Olive as Lily does the same for Vivian. Chuck then see's a man in a mask make off and Lily recognize it to be the man who killed her. They also see him leave with a gasmask as well and realizes he nearly killed all of the people in the crowd as well. Emerson and Ned are in pursuit of Lily's murderers. Emerson is knocked to the ground so Ned continues to follow him to the top of the abondend warehouse. Pulling off the mask ofthe culprit Ned is surprised to find that Chucks father Charles Charles is the murderer, having an old score to settle against Lily. Ned of course is horrofied and is pulled between his love for Chuck and his moral obligation for a tried mass murder, he remebers his father's hope that he would become a greater upstanding person that he could be, and tries to touch him, yet Charles doesn't die. He tries agains, and still Charles doesn't die, Ned begins to wonder if the touch effect has worn off, yet in his day dreaming Charles pushes him over the railing yet Chuck has come to the top after hearing that her father is the actual murderer and the entire conversation between them she is forced to kill her own father. As she reaches out for Ned's slipping hand he reminds her that he can't touch her, she reminds him of her father not dieing after being toched, yet Ned doesn't wish to so he let's himself fall yet Chuck grabs his hand and both are overjoyed that they can now touch each other. The two embrace as Olive, Emerson and The Aunts arrive.
Olive who had witnessed the entire scene finally realizes that Chuck, who risked her own death, again, that she and Ned are meant for one another and finally moves on with her life. Digby is finally able to recive affection from his master as Ned hugs Digby and enough pets to fill in for the last decade he could not. Ned and his Brothers all gather to bury their father once and for all, when Ned witnesses a terrified Maurice touches a dead butterfly and watch it as it flies away, Ned swears he will be there to talk him through his new found struggle. Charlotte and Lily both state that they had faked their deaths and had been placed under Witness Protection Program, (validated by an old fling Vivian once had and was owed a favor) Olive still remains good friendswith Ned and Chuck, when Alfredo Aldarisio returns to town and she is reminded of his undying love for her and her constant imagination that she once had about falling in love with him. Emerson, (much like the epilogue) is finally reconnected to his Little Gumshoe, (His Daughter). The Aunts are happy to have their little Charlotte all three of them reform the Darling Mermaid Darling's (and Darling Little Darling).
It cuts to a few years later(at Christmas)and Chuck and Ned are Married and have children of their own, twin girls (the narrator reveals that neither have the same power as their father leading Ned to believe that only boys are given the power). They are surrounded by their friends, Olive and Alfredo and their son named Ned, Emerson and his daughter, Vivian and Lily and of course Digby.
The final reveal is that of the Narrator being revealed to be Ned's mother telling a story to both young Ned and Charlotte who after she leaves, the two kiss while it pulls away from the little town of Cour D'cours to a cloud shot over the entire county.
