Quad Squads is all about top students from America's top universities putting forth their best efforts and laying out their best ideas. Quad Squads pits two teams of students from America's top universities against each other. The two teams of students go head to head in developing an exciting, dynamic marketing plan for a top company. The two teams each develop a plan to include an event on their campus, and a presentation to the company. After evaluating each team's event and presentation, the company selects a winner. The winning team gets prizes that may include cash, iPhones, and internships. Each competition plays out over three to four episodes, each episode being three to five minutes long. Episodes give the viewer an inside look into how a team of students goes about developing and executing a marketing plan on a college campus. Quad Squads highlights academic competition through traditional college rivalries and corporate marketing techniques.
