  • Love Triangle

    10
I liked how Leda's storyline was handled and bowling for equality. But the love triangle between Justin, Ethan, and Brian is becoming too much - in the best possible way. Everyone is at fault and I can't wait to see how it's (hopefully) resolved. And the possible feelings developing between Ted and Emmett... okay, this show just rocks. Plain and simple.
  • Justin continues to try to hide his affair with Ethen. Mike is being a little overprotective of Ben since he's home. Ted feels he is unaffected by porn now. Mel and Linze try to decide what to do about Litamoreless

Now that Ben is home from the hospital, Mike is being a little overprotective of him because he fears for his safety. He won't even let Ben bowl because he thinks Ben might over exert himself with the physical activity. However, Mike eventually comes to his senses and lets Ben decide for himself if he can handle it or not. Carl's friends make fun of some gay men at the bowling alley, which sparks Deb to challenge a game of bowling between the gays and the cops. Her team loses, but only by one point. In the meantime Justin continues to see Ethen but is lying to Brian about it. It just struck me that Justin broke the rules by kissing Ethen on the mouth. Brian lets it out that he might know but it isn't confirmed yet. However, Mike keeps attempting to put a bug in Brian's ear about it, which Brian tries to pass off since he and Justin have a system, but eventually it starts to get to him. Justin hasn't been going out with Brian or anything. When Brian comes home, he confronts Justin about all his showers and everything. He ups the ante a bit and gets hot and heavy with Justin, which lead me to wonder if he was going to attempt to fight and win Justin back. Justin didn't want to do anything with Brian until after he took a shower, but Brian insisted. When he stops in the middle of their moment, Justin asks why. Brian tells him to go take a shower that he stinks, so now Justin knows that Brian knows. On the other hand Carl confronts Deb because every time he tries to get a little close to her like a kiss, she backs out of it. He thinks she's playing games. However, after the bowling match he goes to Woody's to congratulate the team since they only lost by one pin, and she kisses him. Also, Mel and Linze try to decide what to do about Lita since she walked in on them having sex. They want to break it to her that what happened was a one time thing, but they don't want to hurt her feelings. Lita is hot. They decided to wait a few days when the studio will be done and figured their problem would leave when Lita did. I wondered if Lita would catch on to this and slack off. When she mentions starting another project to fix up the garage so she could possibly stick around, they tell her how they feel. She is upset and feels used, but Mel tries to smooth things over before Lita leaves. They both admit that being together again brought back memories. I'm assuming we won't see much of Lita after this. In the meantime Ted discovers a problem after a guy at work put a bug in his ear. He feels that porn doesn't affect him anymore. He tells Brian his problem and that his biggest fantasy was to be like Brian. He tells Brian that it was awesome and all, but we find out he lied because his fantasy went horribly. Emmett reassures Ted that he will find someone, and this gets Ted thinking. He has some feelings toward Emmett, though he's not sure exactly what it means yet. This was a good episode, things are starting to heat up again. I wonder what's going on with Jennifer lately since we haven't heard about her recently either.moreless
  • "Go take a shower. You stink."

Michael knows, and now he's not sure if he should tell. But he does, despite Ben's warnings not to get involved. Brian pretends that he doesn't care, that he's not in a relationship so it doesn't matter, but who does he think he's fooling? We all know how much Sunshine means to him, so to try to deny it, is worthless. You can tell that inside, his heart is breaking after Michael tells him, even though he's had his own suspicions before that. The scene at the end though is pivotal. He wants to play a game with Justin's head, not to mention put him in an awkward and uncomfortable position, after repeatedly telling Brian that he wants to take a shower first, to try to hide any evidence of Ethan and his affair. After about two minutes of making out with him, Brian tells him: "Go take a shower. You stink." So now Justin knows that he knows.moreless
  • Brian, Ethan, Justin

    8.0
The infamous love triangle, we've all seen done before. But none so painful as this time, at least not for me. And everyone is at fault here. Ethan, for going after an otherwise spoken for Justin. Justin, for breaking the rules and being unfaithful to Brian not to mention going after Ethan himself. Brian, for not realizing that he was hurting Justin with his thoughtless actions and his inaction. Justin wasn't asking for a marriage or even a hell of a lot, all he wanted was to stay home and be a little romantic on occasion. However, Brian made in painstakingly clear from moment one that he was not that kind of man. That they would never have that kind of relationship. As I said everyone is a fault here. (Though that doesn't change the fact that I loathe Ethan!)

Leave it to Michael, the most loyal friend ever, to air of Justin's infedelity even at a very high risk. If he was wrong Brian would be furious and if he was right Brian would be even furiouser, as Ben so eloquently put it.

Unfortunately, he was right and though Brian played it off as though he didn't care we come to learn that maybe he cares a little bit more then even we thought.moreless
