His new show, Vanished, just debuted last night.  He is an amazing actor and he is so sexy!  I loved him as Brian and I am so happy that I get to see him in another show.  Hopefully his new show will stick around...

You hit that nail directly on the head! I suppose this thread is going to be us lusting back and forth about Gale Harrold!

That's fun, but I missed QAF when it was out so I was trying to find a forum to talk about it.  I have watched the first 13 episodes from season 1 and needless to say am hooked.  All the characters are great, Brian for obvious reasons, but there is so much more to him than his looks.  The writing is honest and doesn't apologize for people being who they are and I love that.

I could not agree more with everything you just said! It was almost the only time I can remember seeing gay characters that felt real. Tangible! I loved everything that show gave us and the best of that was honesty.

It is sooo honest.  Even the way the straight people react to the gay people.  Some of it is awful, but that it how it is in real life.

One of the most honest moments for me is still everything about Michael at the store in Season 1, getting the girlfriend, that fat bit** at work, etc. There was alot of honesty in every one of those moments. Tracy was memorable!

I just finished I think it was ep. 20 where Justin wins the King of Babylon to teach Brian a lesson because he feels he is being taken for granted.  Oh Justin, you go boy.  He took it to Brian.  He even snatched Brian's latest trick, and when he told that trick that Brian was just one of his stalkers, I about fell off my chair.  Brian has to admire the spunk this kid Justin has.  Justin really love Brian so much especially for someone so young.  He got him and Mikey back together and got that gay jerk who was suing Brian for sexual harrassment to drop the case.  I have two more to go for season 1.

The last episode is one of the most memorable of any television series as far as I'm concerned!

I just finished the last episode of season 1 and now I know what everyone was talking about.  Beautiful episode.  The ending with Brian teary eyed and that music playing was almost too much.  That Hobbs must of been attracted, or something to Justin.  I mean he let him give him a handj*b.  Then he like turned against him.  The look on his face when Brian and Justin were dancing, was it anger or jealousy??  What a loser!!!  I can't wait to start season 2.

Season 2 has 20 episodes. There is so much good stuff in there. Season 1 and Season 2 are the longest seasons so enjoy them! You'll hae to keep me up with where you are. Who's your favorite character currently?

I certainly will.  I am so glad you still like talking about QAF.  I will start season 2 hopefully this week.  I can't wait, but I have to go out of town for a few days, which delays my obsession. Anyways, so far Brian and Mikey are my favorites.  I love their friendship.  They truly must love each other so much that they would never want to mess it up by the sex, relationship thing.  If it goes too far, one always brings the other back.  They are are so different which makes them interesting to watch.  I think we all at times want to be like Brian, with a little bit of Mikey in us to tone a down a bit.  In thinking about it, in season 1 I also have grown to really like Ted and Emmett.   They are a hoot, and they also care for each other so much.  Justin is coming around to my liking, especially in the latter parts of season 1.  First I though he was a nuisance, but he really showed the maturity of his love for Brian by getting him and Mikey back together and getting that stupid gay colleague of Brian's to drop his sexual harrassment suit.  You know, they all are my favorites.

I'm glad you're enjoying it. They all go through some interesting changes in Season 2 to put it mildly. Not to get you moving too fast but the season finale of season 2 will really get you excited. I can tell from your previous posts. I'm glad you like talking about it also. Brian and Michael's friendship is one of the most enduring threads of the QAF quilt.

I really love Gale. I mean he's a great actor, great looking, and though I haven't seen a ton of his work I love what I have seen. He's not afraid to take role that will be controversial that's a true mark of greatness.

Just finished ep. 6( I think).  Michael just found out about the professor being positive. I just ended last night with him and his mom talking about it at her house in his old room.  I was interrupted so I didn't get to see it yet.  Ted and Em, what a crack up, in the porn business together.  So far it has more lighter moments than season 1.  For me the most tender is Brian trying  to help Justin remember.  I can't believe that Chris Hobbs only got community service.  He came onto Justin in season 1.  And Justin gave him a handj*b.  I think Chris is not sure of what he wants in life and saw Justin as the cause of his inner turmoil.  But, that judge getting glued to the toilet seat, ha,ha,ha.  I would of loved to see more with Michael and David and why they broke up.  I like Chris Potter and though he did a great job in QAF.  I used to watch him in Silk Stockings back in the early 1990s.
