In the first episode when Melanie and Lindsay are trying to figure out their new son's name, Melanie says that she thinks he should be named "Abraham" after her grandfather. In this episode, Melanie says that her grandfather's names are "Hyman" and "Herman."

Right after Emmett leaves the apartment and Brian arrives, we hear Michael and Ben talking whether Emmett could have forgotten his keys. Michael announces that Emmett never forgets his key.
However, in a previous episode in season one, when Brian in knocking on the door in the middle of the night, we hear he exclaim "Emmett, you can't keep forgetting your keys", which implies, that he does this on a regular basis.

This is the only season premiere of the series where Todd doesn't make an appearance in the backroom of Babylon.

Justin now sports a slightly different hairstyle, despite there being only a few hours between his leaving the Rage party at the end of Season 2 and waking up in Ethan's bed in this episode. Given what he and Ethan had been doing in that time, it's doubtful hairstyles were that much of a priority.
