Episode Summary

EDIT
Welcome to Paradise Palms
AIRED:
Quincy rushes to an Arizona Native American reservation when he hears that his foster son, Chester, is suffering from bubonic plague. When he confirms this and tries to warn the local authorities he finds that they have no interest in the potential disaster. They are much more concerned with the forthcoming opening of a new country club that will bring tourists to the area. They have a big golf competition planned with many big names arriving and they don't want to cause a panic that would ruin the resort before it has even opened.moreless

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • This is the first time after "Promises to Keep", Quincy mentions at least indirectly that he was married in the past and that he didn't want own children when the possibility was there. In some following episodes, it is also mentioned either that Quincy was married in the past or that his wife died, and sometimes both.

      • In this episode we learn that Quincy, while he has no own children, at least has a foster son named Chester. However, Chester never appeared again after this episode, and was not mentioned before or after it.
