At the very beginning of the episode, the first line is not in sync with the action on the screen. Parker's mouth motions a complete sentence, then his voice comes on saying "Why'd you get us up?"
Patton: You wouldn't have gotten that job if you didn't flirt with the manager. Paige: Well you wouldn't have gotten that job if you weren't so good at selling shoes.
(Pearce's parrot pops Parker's pimple.) Carol: Are you alright? Parker: No! I was saving myself for Debbie McGuire! She was supposed to pop my berry!
Pearce: I'm not friends with all the animals. Some are down right snobby.
Carol: Oh hey Penny, how are things down at the video store? Penny: Why don't you ask somebody who still works there. Carol: No, no no no, she is not going back on allowance. Bob: Damn right, we already spent that money. Carol: What? Bob: ...In our heads. Bob: Alright, I wouldn't get too comfortable Penny because you are going to go out and find another job, that's the way it works in the real world. Penny: Okay, I do know one job that pays really well and I'd be good at it. Bob: Well great, what is it? Penny: Not telling mom about the motorcyle you bought. Bob: You're hired, when can you start?
Paige: (to Parker about his zit) Whatever you do, DON'T pop it. Let ME pop it! Parker: No! Paige: Please? I have lots of experience popping zits. I think this one might be a Class 4. Pearce: A "Class 4"? Paige: It makes a sound.
Paige (reading from a job application): Previous work experience. What if I don't have any? Neil: Then put that down. Paige (lowering the clipboard):That's what I was afraid of. Thanks, anyway.
Patton: They had shoe horns in that store smarter than you! Paige: And they had boots taller than you! Patton: Mom and dad said I'd grow! Paige: And you believed them? Now, who's the dumb one?
Paige: Neil, can I see you in high heels please? Neil: Well, I'm open to it...oh sure.
Carol: The days of allowance are over. Bob: Yeah, I mean from now on all we have to give you is food, shelter, and clothing as required by-law. Penny (to Bob): What about education, college... Bob: Well people go to college to get jobs, you guys are all gonna have jobs by 2:30. Patton (to Bob): You don't scare me, I'll get a job, I don't need your money old man! Bob: What did you just say? Patton: I-I don't need your...money old man. Bob: I've never loved you more than I love you right now.
Jordana: Well...? Paige: Now, do you really feel like you in those shoes? Jordana: I feel like a stranger. Paige: Exactly, let's go find you a sandal. Patton: Excuse me but, if you're done with those shoes, I've got a customer who saw them on you and wants to take them. Jordana: Really, she thought they looked good? Patton: On your feet, how could they not. Size 9 that's the size models wear. Jordana: Well it's first come first serve and I'm taking them. Patton: She also wanted...(picks up blue pumps from display) these blue pumps. Jordana: Well, she's not getting them..ring me up. Paige: Sorry Jordana I couldn't fi... what's going on? Jordana: Oh, this nice salesman convinced me that I should take these. Patton: Why don't you say we move this party to the register?
