Rainbow Brite: Starlite, quick!
Starlite: I will not wear booties.
On-X: Better than falling down.
Starlite: (neighs in annoyance) Ooh, my poor dignity.
Princess: "Mine". I've always loved the sound of that word.
Princess: I'll finally have everything; I deserve, everything...
News Anchorman: Why am I still here? Why should I be the only one that hasn't given up?!
Murky: We have been chasing that rainbow brat for years and years and years!

Bombo, Popo and the spectran polishers are unlike any other sprites we are seen before. Their feet are polishing buffers, they have circles on their antennas, googles and are pastel colors. When they are hypnotized, they become a darker verison of their color. Orin is a bit a mix of the Rainbowland sprites and the Spectran sprites, mainly because of the circle antannee and color legs.
Krys, On-X, Orin, Princess and Count Blogg are introduced in this movie.
Stormy is in put in charge while Rainbow is gone.
Stormy and Skydancer race aganist Rainbow and Starlite to see if winter will last longer.
