Saget plays Matt, a widower, doing his best to raise two precocious young daughters - Sarah and Emily - with a little help from his live-in dad, Sam. With adolescence rearing its ugly head, the last thing 15-year-old Sarah needs is her father looking over her shoulder 24/7. Unfortunately, as the English teacher at Sarah's high school, Matt is doing just that... and it's taking its toll on their relationship. Meanwhile, as he struggles to do his job without ruining Sarah's social life, Matt is completely unaware that he has his own secret admirer within the school's faculty. Between family melodrama and the traumas of teenhood, there is little sanity in sight for Matt or Sarah.moreless

  • About this show...

    "Good"
The good thing about this show is that there is a plot, which is convincing. The bad thing is that the dialogue and the jokes are too paralyzed to understand.
  • definately lacking something.

    "Poor"
I missed the first few episodes and after seeing the rest i was not really that bothered although this show was okay it was definately lacking something and despite Bob Sagats best efforts the jokes just arn't funny. This shows attemts at tackling teen problems in a funny way are totally off the mark and the writting was not very witty. Even the shows attemts at bringing in a cute teen boy for girls to lust after did not manage to save it from being cancelled. although it had some good points this is never going to be a teen cult classic!moreless
