Donna: Oh, screw it. I'm married to a man who's gay.
Andrew: What? Just because I had that dream about Bert where he was a horse and I'm riding him bareback doesn't mean I'm gay. My therapist says that could mean any number of things.
Pilot: We're flying into a dangerous storm. The good news is I'm one of the most accomplished pilots in all of Nigeria. The bad news is all controls are in English.
Smokey: Well, I-I believe in the adage: "If you love something, set it free," you know? Uh, which is why I'm setting free pills and alcohol. But if they come back to me, then I'll know they really love me.

On Smokey's list we can catch a glimpse of Earl's items (stole P's HD Cart) just above the item from this episode, which is another in a series of allusion to My Name is Earl.
The scene in the plane as it looks like it is going to crash plays on the scene from Almost Famous, when the band Stillwater thinks it is going to crash and makes last minute confessions, only to have the plane make it through the turbulence. Jason Lee was a star of the movie.
Nadine Velasquez jumping up and down, Jaime Pressly saying "Was I being a Crab, man?" to the Pizza Man and multiple other inside jokes were obvious allusions to My Name is Earl, a series created by the shows creator Greg Garcia. The whole episode was part homage to the series.
