With crazy Lucy out of the picture for good, Jimmy and Sabrina are free to be a couple, but the death of Sabrina’s grandmother in tonight's season premiere inadvertently threw yet another wrench into the works.

The episode title is an allusion to the 1993 film Indecent Proposal, based on the Jack Engelhard novel, starring Robert Redford, Demi Moore and Woody Harrelson, about a young couple being offered a large financial reward in exchange for compromising their wedding vows. In this episode the incentive requires only a marriage on Sabrina's part and she in turn expects Jimmy to make a decent effort to impress her with his proposal.
