    Anime:

-The Good: somehow much funnier like the episode of the "master-pupil pills" episode

diffrent ending but gross yet hilarious!

The Bad: less characters (would help if they added the ones in the manga because some fans were confused)

shorter then the manga and diffrent introduction times but it makes up for its much mor hilarious scenes

    Manga:

    -The Good:more characters,more side stories,and classic mangas!

-The Bad : the episodes similar to the anime aren't as funny

yeah not very long or specific cuz im kinda lazy to make a long one but whatever you make more opinions

Well, the anime is really repetitive when compared to the manga. Almost every episode is: some sort of conflict gets solved; and both aren't taken seriously. The manga's storylines do influence the anime, but it doesn't seem repetitive to me for some reason. The manga also has a lot more character development, and not just because it's longer.

I actually found manga much MUCH funnier than anime counter-part.

Also manga explains things much better with better pacing. Not to mention that anime has many filler like episodes that is largely... stupid.

Also Ranma's mom is one of the best characters made in the series as well as Hinako sensai. I prefer the episodes after anime is over, so in so many ways I find anime inferior version.

However, anime voice acting was great. Megumi Hayashibara did wonderful job.

i am more of a fan of the manga, but i do like the anime, too. the manga goes more into detail and isnt quite as confuzing (as soon as you learn which way to read it xD)

There are a lot of differences between the manga and the anime. Here are some of them.

Anime Ranma learns the neko-ken at age 6 in the manga he learns it at the age 10.

Anime Ranma started his training trip when he was 6 in the manga he was taken by Genma from his mother as a baby before he could walk.

Anime Nabiki runs a betting pool, she doesn't in the manga.

Anime Genma goes drinking in the manga he only did once.

In the Manga Ranma does not at any point require Akane's help with school work in the anime he needs her help.

Manga is much darker than the anime. (Ryu Kumon nearly rips Ranma's heart out of his chest, Shampoo planned on murdering Akane and making it look like Pantyhose Taro did it, Ranma at one point is kneeling in a grave Ryoga dug for him waiting for Ryoga to kill her praying for Ryoga's happiness -Ranma was under the magical influence of the koi rod Ryoga doesn't go through with it because his conscious acts up i.e. he can't bring himself to kill a defenseless girl willingly allowing themselves to be killed to make him happy.)

The best episodes in Anime are based on manga, personal opinion.

    design wise:

ryouga is mush cuter in the anime

and ranma is shemexier in the manga (he's also very manly in the anime but in the manga he seems and stands girlyer sometimes)

tatewaki kuno has a rounder looking fave in the manga too.

I prefer the manga for one reason alone: The ending. I had hoped that the anime would choose to make an OVA or something of Akane/Ranma's actual wedding (which I would love to see so much....but never will...). Still, the anime ended to abruptly for me, with poor Mrs. Soatome never meeting her son and no final battle at Jusenkyo (which would have been awesome to see). In terms of the anime, I always prefer the anime for battle scenes, because you get a better feel for how it's going on.

I think both, manga and anime where good by their own merits.

I like the manga ending better because they had the wedding scene. I wish they showed the wedding on the anime.

I like the part of the manga when Nodoka, Ranma's mother has find out Ranma and Genma's curses when the three fall to the ocean. Despite of her son's curse, Nodoka accepts him as a boy.
