  • Wow, Sieghart is awesome.

It seems like Sieghart is successful in killing Elie. Before she departs with her body, memories of her when she was little with her parents start resurfacing. She's happy that she can finally remember these things and die at peace, but the memories start concentrating on Haru now. She realizes that while looking for her past, she made new moments in life to cherish. She didn't want to die just yet. Sieghart was impatient and decided to end her life quicker with a lighting attack, but Haru absorbed it with the Ten Commandments. Angered by what the Element Master has done to his bestfriend, he fought him. But no matter what technique he used, they were all countered and repelled. Sieghart got bored, and knew it was only a matter of time before his mission was complete. But Etherion and Rave started working together to push the poison out of Elie's body. Sieghart now realizes the only thing keeping him from succeeding is Haru, who he must now kill.

Definitely one of the better episodes in the anime yet. The emotional scene between Elie and Haru was pretty touching, but it dragged on way too long. Before that, it started getting really good too. Elie suffering from the poison, and getting yet another strong voltage discharged at her, and finally digging up her memories had me engrossed onto my Monitor for quite a bit. Then the cliched kicks in with Haru interrupting the entire scene. There was nothing wrong with it; it just could have been much better. And when Haru had a dying Elie in his arms, what they said to each other was pretty corny, like how Haru looked up Elie's panties and peeked at him when she was bathing. There's nothing wrong when a person is dying and they discuss past memories, but when you drag it on for a couple more seconds than it should be, well it simply gets corny.

On another note, Sieghart is badass. The indestructable Explosion that remininsces of Inuyasha's windscar and his ability to defeat enemies so quickly, is stopped by none other than Sieghart's fingers! Well, he claims to have put magic in them, but that's still sweet! Haru was pretty impressive too, combining both his current Raves to create a dozen explosions at the speed of light. Guess what? Sieghart's badassness counters them! It's just so awesome! Plus, he looks awesome, and considering he doesn't use a Darkbring or Rave just makes him even cooler. This episode seems to use the Haru and Elie scene as its selling point, but I definitely think its showcasing Sieghart's awesome abilities.moreless

    • Seig isn't really a 'bad guy' or a 'villian' he just doesn't want the world to be destroyed, and because Elie has the power that can destroy the world he wants to kill her. However he does state that had Elie not had the power of Etherion, he would not have stalked her & wanted to kill her. As for why he decided to kill Haru, then it's becuase of his belief that Etherion has a connection with the RaVes, and so he tries to destroy them to prevent the world from destruction. ...and on why he joind the Shadow Guards/Demon Cards, then it is to kill King who Seig feel also has the power to destroy the world.
