Haru and Elie continue their travels. During the trip, it starts thundering, and Elie starts going frantic. It seems she has a phobia for lighting strikes, so Haru decides to immediately stop by at Ska Village. When they get there, they find an inn. The owner there gives them towels, and tells them they're expensive. Haru decides to explore the town while Elie rests. Haru finds a kid bullying a frog, saying he wants to kill it, since he believes frogs are devils and the reason why the town has been constantly raining for the last five years.
Haru returns, and so does the kid and Demon Card members. Haru beats them up, and they run away when they find out he's the Rave Master. Elie wakes up soon, running towards where those same Demon Card members are off to; the Thunder Mansion. The owner of the Hotel tells them the reason why it's constantly raining is because of the Thunder master. A memory of Elie is triggered in which she wakes up with her memory gone, and the Thunder master nearly electrocuting her to death. Her rampage fueled her to run and run and run, while Haru is trailing behind.
This episode kind of went on too quickly. It could have easily been stretched out into several episodes to easily magnify the experience and sense of empathy, but problems were quickly resolved, like the little boy's hatred towards frogs. I don't think it's likely a person who hates something their whole life, would easily forgive it thanks to advice from a complete stranger. The last five minutes however did make me want to anticipate the next episode, which could only mean good.moreless

Episode Summary
As the group rides on toward Ska Village, it begins to rain very hard. Elie is affected by the sound of thunder. It seems to trigger some distant memory. When they arrive in Ska Village, they find the town decimated by the rain. The "Thunder Man" came there five years earlier and brought the rain with him. Elie believes the Thunder Man may be a link to her past. She runs off to find him. Haru gives chasemoreless
