Favor has his herd move onto Jed Reston land. As Favor and Rowdy get to Restons, his son Matt, is giving Taslatch, a Comanche, fifteen lashes for stealing a one of three milch cows. Reston allows Favors herd to graze for a week to ten days. Favor sees all three milch cows. He asks Matt why was that Indian whipped. Matt replies, since when do you need a reason to whip an Indian. Favor's buying supplies. The store won't sell to Taslatch. Favor buys Taslatch's kid candy. This enrages Reston who orders Favor off his land by nightfall. He tells him to move it to Comanche territory. Rowdy and Favor go to the Comanches. They are captured and about to be whipped. Taslatch stops it. The chief allows the herd to graze. Reston wants the Comanche land. The town won't give Taslatch the plow he ordered. The braves are gathering. Favor tells Reston the Indians are coming. Favor goes to Bixby to get the plow. The sheriff and locals try to stop him. Reston and his gang is burning Taslatch's home. Reston says the Indians have his son. Matt's horse threw him. The Indians find him and care for him. The chief let's Matt go. Reston's ready to hang Taslatch. Favor tells the sheriff he will back him. Favor tells Matt, Jed would 've preferred if you didn't come back alive. Matt releases Taslatch. Taslatch is paking to move. The locals bring him a plow.
