    9.0
Over all i really did like this episode it had alot of good qualitlies to it and it was very funny. But i wish the writer's would put Jake in somr more he's hardly in any of the shows at all and it kinda bugs me.

Other than that it was great and i liked it. I'm glad the fourth season is such a success.

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (3)

    • When Barbra Jean breaks her second plate, she holds it up and the parts that broke don't match. The rounded edge of one plate is facing the broken, jagged edge of the other plate, it is impossible for the plate to have broken like that.

    • When Brock is practicing his golf game in his office, Reba says, "I don't play the game, but..." This is a little joke, golf is actually one of Reba's favorite sports to play.

    • When Kyra is talking to Van and Cheyenne in the kitchen, her hair goes from being resting over her shoulders, then in the next shot, it is all pulled back behind her shoulders.

  • QUOTES (8)

    • Barbra Jean: I'm just gonna stand here until my pain shames you into tears. Behold the misery! (turns away and makes a hurt expression)
      Reba: Behold me leaving.

    • Reba: (about Brock deciding to sell his practice or become a professional golfer) Good, I'm so glad you finally chose something. When do I get my money?
Brock: You'll get your money. I'm going to go the driving range and work on my interview skills.
Reba: When do I get my money?
Brock: No, No, No. I couldn't be the next Tiger Woods.

    • Brock: (about Reba's threat to put a picture of him with "fuemanchops" in the newspaper) Go ahead and put that picture in the paper. I looked good sister.

    • (Brock comes in)
Brock: Hey Reba can you talk?
Reba: Yes. No. Oh I can't decide!

    • Van: Man!I've been playing hind-and-seek with Elizabeth for an hour, and I still can't find her. She is GREAT at this game!
      Kyra: She's at school.

    • Barbra Jean (to Reba): I'm not going to get tricked into having a rational discussion! You always win those

    • Barbara Jean: To be frank, I don't think he (Reba's divorce lawyer) got you a very good deal.

    • Van (has toy fish-hook in his mouth): Hey, look, I'm hooked on phonics!

  • NOTES (3)

  • ALLUSIONS (4)

    • Reba: Jake, I said only one hour of TV a day.
Jake: Can I make it Desperate Housewives?

This could be a possible allusion to the appearance of James Denton in the episode "Date of Mirth" which is six episodes after this. He is on the show Desperate Housewives.

    • The title of this episode is an allusion to the saying, All for one and one for all! It means that a team is committed to a common goal.

    • Reba: Talk about Desperate Housewives
Desperate Housewives is a TV Show on ABC, about housewives who try to get their husbands' attention.

    • Reba: I want to be a real boy. This is an allusion to the fairy tale and movie character 'Pinocchio'. The Adventures of Pinocchio is an Italian fairy tale written by Carlo Collodi that was published in 1883. It was made into an animated movie by Walt Disney Corporation. It is about a wooden puppet that becomes a boy. Whenever he told a lie, his nose grew.
