  • Most people don't like flashback episode, but I love them!...

Most people don't like flashback episode, but I love them! It's not just this one, I think it's great when shows do this. I love how each member of the family had a certain reason about each other other to flashback, it was really a good idea on the writers be half. So the family has to go the therapy because it's the last therapy session they have to do... so Reba doesn't invite Barbra Jean. And then when she shows up, she ends up taking therapy too. This episode is great, and it featured on of my favorite lines said by Cheyenne, "Yeah have fun urban cow freak!" hahahamoreless
  • Great episode!

I enjoy flashback episodes, because they show highlights from great scenes in the past. When the gang must attend a family therapy session, Reba tells them to act like their unrealistically happy. After Van and Cheyenne have an arugment, they tell the therapist their feelings through a series of flashbacks. Reba is mad, but decides it's OK, as long as the adults act happy. But then Barbra Jean shows up. She tells the doctor about her past with Reba. After she tells him this, she wants him to know how Barbra Jean really is. She's mad that she didn't tell him they were all happy, and thinks they'll all be commited. But he tells them that they're perfectly normal, and don't have to come back. Reba's happy, but Brock's upset he never got to talk to him. He tells Reba that he was gonna say how Reba has a short fuse. Reba tell's Brock to stop making up stories- and then hits him. As a bonus, we get to see great bloopers from throughout the seies. This is an awesome episode!moreless

It wasn't too bad, although I always hate it when a series decide to add flashback episodes and I was hoping the REBA series wouldn't go down that path but they did...

However, this show did provide a set up for Van and Cheyenne's big fight and it did show the viewers why we love this series, the fact is, all the crap Reba had been through for the last five years, she has did nothing but SURVIVE, and to me, that's what this episode was really about... So no Complaints!!!

So this episode gets a 10 from me!!!moreless
  • Nothing uber special about this episode

    5.5
Oh man, that was one wasted day of watching Reba. Usually their episodes are filled with laughter, but this time this episode was a filler. I think because they are contracted to do x number of episodes and they only probably had x-1, they used this as an excuse and show some clips from the past. Since it goes by quickly, it\'s not enough to truly reflect on some really funn(ier) episodes.

The last few episode from spoilers seem like the show will start picking it up again, so I can\'t wait. But lately some of the episode seems to be funny at some moments but it\'s almost treated a little separately. Storyline is abrupt and disconnected. I think their earlier seasons was overall better than season 5. Let\'s hope they pick up the pace and quality in order so that we as viewers will keep coming for more.moreless
  • A visit to the shrink brings back memories for everyone.

    7.2
Reba's trip to a therapist to see if she needs continuted anger-management therapy leads everyone to reminis about past events. There were a ton of funny clips throughout the show, but for viewers wanting a taste so something new, you'll be sadly disappointed. It was funny don't get me wrong, but its a flash-back episode, and like all flash-backs, you just get more of the same. I still love this show although I wish they hadn't taken some of the directions that they have. (like Chyene's drinking problem and the fact that she and Van argue constantly). Overall the shows still great and if you were just in the mood to get some good chuckles from funny moments its worth a look.moreless
