It's Jake's birthday and as usual BJ's sticking her nose in where it doesn't belong. When tthey arrive, BJ complains about the decoration's placement. Brock gets botox injections, and can't move his face, resulting in hilarious results! While in the kitchen, Kyra says something rude to BJ, just as Reba and Brock are walking in. They get mad, and Reba tells her to show her step mother respect. Kyra retorts that Reba doesn't respect her, so Brock makes Reba promise to be nice to BJ for the rest of the party. Reba tries her best, and doesn't insult her, but oddly this hurts Barbra Jean! She explains to Reba that the "zings" are what makes her think Reba's her friend, so Reba continues, but know BJ starts zinging as well!moreless

    • Barbra Jean: Oh I don't wanna sing near Reba, I forgot my ear plugs.
      Reba,: What are you doing?
Barbra Jean: I'm zinging you, you know because I like you.

    • Reba: Don't give me that look. (Pause, as Reba looks at Brock) Oh, Right, that's the only look you have.

    • Reba: In response to Barbra Jean Seems like only yesterday that he was MY little boy.

    • Kyra: (In response to B.J. recommending the last word of a poem start rhyme with 'Jake'.) Like another idea from the great blond flake.

    • Van: She is not a kid, she is a Stair Master.

    • (reba vows to Brock she will no longer make fun of Barbra Jean)
Barbra Jean:The clown is here.(with the clown)
Reba:We know but who's the man with the funny looking hair?!
      (Brock stares angrily)
Reba:I swear that's the last one.

    • Kyra: I thought you said Barbra Jean is where brain cells go when they die.

    • Barbra Jean: Can I give you a hug?
Reba: Not if I was choking on a piece of sausage.

    • Reba: (walks down the hallway and sees Cheyenne sitting in front of Elizabeth's door, while she crys) Hey. I brought you a corner piece.
Cheyenne: I don't feel like eating cake right now.
Reba: (sits down next to Cheyenne) But you always like a corner piece. I remember when you were little...
Cheyenne: My baby is crying Mom. (tear falls down her cheek)
Reba: Oh, I thought that was Van. Cheyenne I know this is tough.
      Cheyenne: Really you do??
Reba: Yeah sweetie I do. I remember sitting outside your door fretting the same way. But I knew in my heart it was the best thing for you.
Cheyenne: Well it doesn't feel right in my heart. You know all these things that are supposed to be the right things to do, in the morning when I leave her to go to school, when I come home and she's all ready in bed, and when I have to study French Philosophy instead of playing peek-a-boo with her...well they just don't feel right Mom, not to me.
