Show Summary

Re:covered is a television series from the BBC network that aired during the summer of 2002. It is a ten part series that featured many performances from various singers each week. Each episode focused on one artist, whether it be a band, a singer or even a songwriter. The show would interview the artist and show various video clips from their old concerts in order to create a back story. The interview would have the most focus in each episode. The interviews also focused on the artist's career, how long that they have been singing and how they got their start in the music business. During each show, the featured artist would also perform. Each artist would pick one of their most popular songs to sing, and then they would also sing a cover song from their favorite bands. Re:covered featured many popular artists including Jenny Frost, Natasha Hamilton and Liz McClarnon.
