NorBAC stands for:
NORTH AMERICAN BIOTECHNOLOGY ADVISORY *COMMISSION.*
Episode 8, opening scene... Bob says:
"I can confirm that this is, uh, Chief Scientist David Sandstrom fron the North American Biotechnology Advisory *Committee*."
Caroline: The CIA got intercepts of a plan to create a blackout and use the chaos to move terrorists from Canada to the U.S.
David: Right, blame Canada.
David: We could be dealing with a bacterium here which is sucking in hydrogen sulfate and farting out sulfite which would explode.
David: So, underground wires seemingly spontaneously combust. The paranoid amongst us assume that it's terrorism; my guess is they haven't got a clue. They've asked us to figure out what-the, how-the, why-the it all happened.
Mayko: And why do they think it's terrorism?
David: I don't know, 'cause that's what you do these days.
