Who was the Episode MVP ?

  • ONE of the BEST Regular Show episodes!

This was a great episode. There was even a theme--which not many new episodes have--about the consequences of lying, and how it can get you into very sticky situations. I won't say every detail because I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but it was basically about Rigby stealing Benson's grilled cheese deluxe, thus ruining Mordecai and Rigby's day off by having to go by Benson another sandwich. Rigby challenges Mordecai that he is a better liar than him, and that's it. There are very funny parts, and there are a lot of them! The song they play during the montage is cool. This episode overall is a must-see for Regular Show fans. Other episodes that fans of this show has to see are as listed: Just Set Up The Chairs, Do Me A Solid, The Power, The Unicorns Have Got To Go, The Night Owl, Over the Top, A Bunch of Baby Ducks, Party Pete, First Day (Pilot), Rage Against the TV, High Score (not the best episode, but watch it to understand Exit 9b more), This is My Jam, Grave Sights, Video Game Wizard, and Death Bear. Thanks for reading this, and have a nice day.moreless
  • This episode was intense and hilarious at the same time.

OK last perfect episode was Coffintated Concert Tickets. But this episode was way better than the coffee episode. The funniest part of the whole episode was when Mordecai and Rigby were watching the Ostrich with the Balls video. That cracked me up so hard. I do think they should've changed the title. the title should've been The lying game or a Regular lie. I did laughed when Mordecai and Rigby accidently ate Benson's sandwich. This episode is now one of my favorites. I would totally want to see this episode again.moreless
  • This episode was so close to beating Just Set up the Chairs.

this episode was so close to be beating Just Setting up the chairs. But it was hilarious. This episode was also intense and epic. The end was so intense. I laughed when Mordecai and Rigby were doing the lying contest. When Mordecai and Rigby were pretending to be astronauts was epic and intense. The end was so epic and intense like when the astronauts told Mordecai to throw Rigby in the exploding ball of gas. But instead Mordecai threw the grilled cheese sandwich in the ball. Mordecai actually got me i really thought he was going to throw Rigby in it. Overall another perfect Regular Show.moreless
  • Great, but boring in some scenes

Plot: Mordecai and Rigby has to get Benson a grill cheese sandwich.

    Parts I liked:

    * Rigby showing the ostrich video

    * Mordecai and Rigbyaccidentallyate Benson's sandwich

    * Rigby cutting in line

    * Montage with the song Lies, Lies, Lies

    * "Wasn't it hard to tell the truth?"

    Parts that lowers my score:

    * This episode seems to be boring in some scenes.

    * The title should had been someastronautic related rather than Grill Cheese Deluxe.

    Score: 8.5/10
  • Rigby and Mordecai's lying contest goes too far.

So, Rigby comes to his room and offers Mordecai part of his Grilled Cheese Deluxe, and they eat it while watchign a video about an ostrick kicking an old man on the nuts. Benson comes and realizes they are eating his sandwich, and he orders them to buy a new one.

The line to get to Cheezer's is very long, and Mordecai is mad becuase Rigby's lying got them into this, so they start a lying contest to see who is better. Turns out astronauts can skip the line, so they fake being astronauts and get the sandwich. But 1then Rigby goes to talk to the other astronauts, who invite them to the compound. There, they manage to skip the ID checker and they have a tour, where one keeps embarrasing the other to the astronauts amusement. When they get to the anti-matter room, where it starts to be unstable, and this is were the lying contest goes awry. They both said they made a book about anti-matter, and while trying to fix it, they only make it worse.

So they are forced to go into the cha,ber and throw Rigby in, to stablize the thingy. Mordecai is about to do so, when he reveals he was just going to throw the Grilled cheese Deluxe. The anti-matter sucks them in to, but then stablizes and they reveal they are not astronauts.

The astronauts take the guys home, where they give Benson his sandwich, and when he complaints about the fact that it's burned, Rigby tells the truth, and Benson thinks it's a lie, so Mordecai says they accidentally run over it with a car, and he buys it.

Not the best episode, and the wack and surreal part wasn't to surreal, btu there were nice jokes here and there, so 8.5moreless
