  • Mordecai and Rigby sign up to be judges

Mordecai and Rigby sign up to be judges in a pie contest to avoid picking up trash, but find out that judging is a lot harder than it seems. Pie Contest was a funny and better episode over the last two but still not as awesome as the premiere. It had storyboarding & writing debut from female duo Hellen Jo and Sarah Odelsyk (?) and they did very a good job for their first episode. Benson was only a minor jerk here since he will fire Mordecai and Rigby if they quit. But that quite didn't bothered me because I expect Benson to be better than a few messed up episodes last season. The talking pie who is the Antogist was hilarious. Mordecai and Rigby telling the truth was my favorite part of the episode. As usual, ending wasn't my favorite part since most episodes with M&R doing something often end abruptly. IMO, this episode felt a lot like Just Set Up the Chairs (Benson announcing at the beginning, Mordecai and Rigby has to get the boring job, bad things go wrong, after that Benson is pissed at Mordecai and Rigby, and he tell to clean up the mess) because with those things happening it was a bit of callback for the first season. Overall score 10/10moreless
  • A Talking Pie??? yep, the show hasn't lost weirdness at all :D LOL

This episode wasn't my favorite but I really did enjoy it. I would've loved it but the only thing getting in the way was Benson. Benson just angered me a bit.... he would actually fire Mordecai and Rigby if they quit being judges for the pie contest and you can't fire someone for that... Benson was even laughing at Mordecai and Rigby failing at being judges which angered me a little more so I wanted to punch in the face at some point. Anyways, the storyline was very good, it has well-put executions, and the last minutes with the Talking Pie growing and eating everyone was HILARIOUS!!! the fact that Mordecai and Rigby have to be honest about everyone's pies in order to defeat the Talking Pie was freaking hilarious. SEE, not everyone has to be serious when in an action scene. An action scene could just be hilarious and come up with something dumb yet freakishly awesome. The action was more HILARIOUS than intense in my opinion which is actually an awesome thing because I want that in Regular Show more often. If it weren't for Benson, this episode would've been perfect but for what it was worth... it is a SUPERB watch so I recommend it. 9/10moreless
  • I love this episode!

This was a great episode that I really enjoyed. This makes me really excited for the rest of season 4 and what it will hold. I also wonder if this season will be better than season 3. Hmmmm...... Anyways, on with the review. I found most parts of this episode really laughable and enjoyable. I really liked the part when Mordecai and Rigby tasted Margaret's pie. I also liked when the talking pie became bigger and started eating everyone to eliminate the competition. I thought that was pretty smart and I really wasn't expecting that. I do feel bad for Mordecai and Rigby because all they wanted to do was to be judges at a pie contest but it turned out to be a disaster. I really didn't like Benson at all in this episode because he was being a big jerk to Mordecai and Rigby. Overall, this was a great episode of Regular Show that I enjoyed but just not the best so I give it a 9 out of 10.moreless
  • This was an amzing epiosde of Regular Show, but the last 5 minutes ruined it.

Like I said above, this was an amazing episode of Regular Show, but the last 5 minutes got ruined. O.K. Mordecai and Rigby beg Benson to be judges of the annual park pie contest, they soon realize that everyone's pie stinks, and they have to tell them the truth. Boy, this episode was awesome, I laughed a lot in this episode. The funny parts was at the begining when they were begging was funny. When Mordecai figured out that Margret's pie was the worst one was hilarious. I think that's the funniest moment in the entire episode. The talking pie was pretty funny, until he started destroying everything. Benson convincing Mordecai and Rigby to quit was a little funny. What did lower my score was when the talking pie was eating everyone, by eliminating the competion so it would be easier on them was just weird. Overall, a great episode of Regular show 9.5/10.moreless
