Mary Birdsong (who plays Deputy Kimball) obviously has a great singing voice. She is quite an accomplished vocalist and in fact had just made her Broadway debut in Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me when she was cast in Reno 911. She's also the lead singer of a band called 99 Cent Whore.
When Kimball is baptized, you can see through her robe and she's wearing leopard print underwear. But in the next scene the camera pulls back briefly and you can see she's wearing pants underneath her robe.
The sign advertising the Karaoke Mixer says "W W J S--What Would Jesus Sing".
(Big Mike starts frenching Dangle while he administers CPR)
Big Mike: God, that was weird! I thought you were someone else...in my pass-out dream head.
Dangle: The tongue part came out when you thought I was someone else, huh?
Big Mike: (laughs) I guess so.
Dangle: Mike, who exactly did you think I was?
Big Mike: I got this super-hot cousin...Carla...
Clementine: I'm not apologizing!
Kimball: Yes, you are. You made those two men kiss each other--
Clementine: I did not make them, I dared them.
Clementine: I'm sorry, I saw that--I saw what looked like beer and my mind just took me to Drunk Town, all right? I like to have fun.
Kimball: You call that fun?
Clementine: I call it as much fun as I'm able to have in a room full of nerds.
Kimball: Lord, I wanna thank you especially for my good friend Clementine coming here and showing up as she is...a woman, a woman soiled. A woman with a whorish, sinful past.
Clementine: Who has just been waxed...thoroughly...as of 4pm today.
(Clemmie's robe has become see-through after being baptized)
Clementine: I didn't know you had to bring underwear to a baptism. I'm sorry.
Parishoner: Babies are...babies are naked when they get baptized, I think it's all right.
Kimball: Yeah, well babies don't have double D hooters.
