    Another great installment of this returning series! The writers, yet again, did a great job of bringing the characters to life. It makes you wonder, do they only show the police officers on Cops when they do a good job? If so, is this the stuff that doesn't make it on Cops. Garcia is hilarious in this one and Dangle doesn't seem to know how to use a firework. Very clever idea of having a seemingly harmless ice cream truck driver actually being the horder of a huge deposit of illegal fireworks. I wouldn't like to be that guy, when you see what becomes of his truck. :)moreless
