I hope Reno 911! does not end with this program. While it was a "fine example" of the show that has had us laughing for the past 6 years, Mary Birdsong and Niecy Nash are joining new shows next season and there are rumors circulating that this could be the end. While those characters are certainly replaceable, we hope the executive producers realize this and progress on with the show.

The fact that Thomas Lennon has not received an Emmy nomination yet is absurd. He has created a revolutionary, noticeable character and has simply taken the role to another level. Reno has set the bar for comedy in recent years, and has mastered the art of the mockumentary, something the overrated The Office hasn't been able to do.

The scene with the dog is below Reno and wasn't needed as virtually all the other skits were great. Good season finale, and let's hope it's not the series conclusion.moreless
