The production quality of this show is horrible. Its like they sent three guys to a house for 3 days to watch them blunder and then bounce out no matter the progress. The final photos of the finished project look as if the homeowners took them and just mailed them in to the show.
Video style, graphic, etc are all straight out of the late 90's.

Renovation Realities is a thirty minute reality show where homeowners demolish part of all of their homes and goes about the laborious task of remodeling them. The show illustrates the drama and struggles associated with renovating, rebuilding, and redecorating. Instead of a regular host for the show, each episode features a homeowner going through the details and problems of renovating a major room or more of their house or part of their property. On-screen text narration guides the viewer and moves the story along nicely. The on-screen text narration occasionally mentions things the homeowners wouldn't say in front of each other, making the show that much more amusing. The show focuses on all the details of renovating, including budget problems, contractor issues, suffering relationships, family drama, and arguments.
