  • Betrayal

Betrayal was another awesome and superb episode of Revenge and I really enjoyed watching because there was a lot of character and plot development. It was awesome to see Emily continue to weave her web and bring down those who betrayed her father. The story is well written, the directing is great, and the actors are perfect. I love the intrigue and drama, the sweet and romantic moments, along with the moments of revelation. Emily has mastered the art of revenge and we are only 3 episodes into the series. I look forward to watching what happens next!!!!!!!!!moreless
  • This show is just epic!!!i

Wow, another amazing episode! This show is close to flawless! You gotta love watching Emily and her crafty schemes for Revenge. She is truly amazing to watch and the storylines are absolutely brilliant!

The other storylines are also developing nicely, and everything is just fallign into place spectacularly!

My only concern is whether the writers will be able to sustain such a high quality throughout the entire series, because the first three episodes have been beyond spectacular! I guess time will wtell!!

Can't wait for next episode! Revenge, keep it up! I am truly hooked!moreless
  • Keep it coming, because I am hooked

Another strong episode, it becomes clear that she was already part of the community before she even moved to the Hamptons, which makes it clear that this is not just some improvised take down. She is well prepared to take down the corrupt one at a time, the only thing that bothers me with the show is the fact that you probably have not seen the target until the episode she decides to take them down. But I assume they will compensate for this with the grand take down of the Graysons. Keep it coming, because I am hooked.moreless
  • Love this show

I love this show! I love how Emily always seems one or two steps ahead of Victoria. Just when Victoria thinks she's caught her in a lie, we find out Emily was never close to being caught. Also, this was the first time Victoria didn't look like the wicked witch of the west. Shocker, she actually seems to have loved Emily's father. So much, she tried to do the right thing. Don't know that I can hate her quite as much now. We also see more of the affect losing her dad took on Emily. She's cold, very cold. Last week she took down a man and his entire company, putting innocent people out of work. This week, she plans to destroy a man's life. If his family's hurt in the process, heh, so what. Collateral damage. As Nolan stated, she's committed to her cause. Last, Declan is really start to tick me off. He's selfish and self absorbed. I believe he cares about losing his dad, but right now, all he seems to want to do is move up in the tax bracket. Hopefully, someone smacks him soon.moreless
  • Another great installment...

Good episode...Now Emily takes down a Senator, and while the plan wasn't presented in as much detail as I would have wanted it to show the extreme Emily will go to in order to take revenge...Another good point was seeing Nolan continuing to take an active role i this...

She also tested Daniel and I am started to think that maybe she wasn't the responsible part for his death(as per the pilot)...

Victoria's test showed again how well thought through was this plan...

I am sure the best is yet to come and everything will become more intense...

Last but not least, Emily's brilliant plan showed in this episode included a bait to make Conrad Grayson stop trusting his wife and think her as the perpetrator of the demise of the political career of the senator...

This episode showed mostly that Emily plays hardball, not leaving any element to luck...Her plans consists of many layers and phases so it will be a lot of fun to watch it.moreless

  • TRIVIA (1)

  • QUOTES (4)

    • Jack: You get any sleep?
Declan: Barely? Every time I drifted off, Dad was there and I'd get up to tell you the good news.
Jack: I stayed up til dawn looking over Dad's will. The Stowaway's all ours now. He didn't want a funeral he just wanted us to scatter his ashes at sea.
Declan: Know the last thing Dad heard me call him was a loser?
Jack : We both had a lot of fights with Dad. He knows you didn't mean it.
Declan: Yeah I did mean it. Scatter him without me.

    • Nolan: Hey Sportie who's fist did you walk into?
Declan: Some rich jerk-wad a lot of them around this time of year.
Nolan: You planning on getting even?
Declan: Considering I'm half the guy's size with half the friends, no.
Nolan: Violence is only one way to take someone down.

    • Daniel: Still in rehap last I heard. I haven't spoken to her since that night. My parent's covered Sarah's medical bills and set her up so she wouldn't have to worry. Paid a judge off to keep me out of jail and in return I had to swear I would never see her again.
Emily: Sounds like you regret that now.
Daniel: Every day. Do you think I'm a bad person?

    • Emily: For the innocent, the past may hold a reward, but for the treacherous it's only a matter of time before the past delivers what they truly deserve.
