Episode Summary

Just when she thought there would be no more distractions Amanda's foster brother Eli comes to town after hearing news of her death. Emily's past catches up to her again and this could mean more trouble.The queen and king of smoke and mirrors, Victoria and Conrad, make a calculated move, starting a charitable foundation in the late Amanda Clarke's name, but little do they know that Jack is not buying it and has a plan of his own.

      After the past two big episode revenge settled down abit this week but that dosnt mean this episode wasn't good, I really enjoyed the storyline with Emily's foster brother and I liked how he recognised Emily straight away, I enjoyed the Grayson family storyline they are more evil then ever and the cliff-hanger ending was great.... Who is the Fa1con. Revenge is getting good again :)

      I have enjoyed the show since the start apart from the odd pointless episode,now they throw a foster (of which there has never been any mention of till now ) brother into the mix .The writers seem to be grabbing at straws to find a way to extend the and Nolan said that they would wipe his criminal record for bit stupid as now he has no reason to play ball with them and can get on with his own agenda and Emily has lost her hold over him. Loyalty be damned ,In the last episode she said she had to refocus on why she came back now she does the opposite .Am starting to loose interest as it is getting to be like Lost where it gets dragged out and ends up with a rubbish ending .Especially after watching this weeks episode where the woman who looked after Emily and Eli was brought into it .If Eli recognised Emily do you not think that this woman would not recognise her too. Then her cover will be but it,s loosing credibility rapidly..moreless

    • Series is now slipping out completely

      It started slipping out in the last episode and now its too much. David Clarke keeping a box in the prison, Jack reaching to the guy who tells him that Nolan saved him whereas police did not bother to investigateat all, and now the of Amanda has been brought in, only to find out stupid reasons to extend the series for another season.

      I rated this series as 9.5, but now it seems it would have a pathetic end.moreless

      There's no way David Clark could have had the "box" in prison with him. The writers should have gotten some help here. Prisoners aren't even allowed to keep the clothes on their backs when they go in. No way would he have been allowed to keep personal items.

      Illumination was a perfect and very entertaining episode of Revenge. I really enjoyed watching because there was a ton of character development and plot progression. There was a lot of tension as Amanda's foster brother Eli shows up and Jack learns some half truths. These two have become unpredictable wild cards making for lots of intrigue. A lot happened in this episode and sets the path for future events. I certainly look forward to watching what happens next!!!!!!!!!moreless
