Decent episode, maybe could've done with more of a hook given the break we've had but still decent. Emily and Nolan were great in this, and I really hope Emily isn't becoming Victim to the same illness Kara had. Though I think the Graysons are up to something with her. Victoria and Patrick scenes were a bit meh, I don't feel he adds much and the weird gushiness between him and Victoria is just contrived and odd at this point. Would rather see Victoria interacting with other characters. Aiden... I'll just say that I would have rather seen the end of him in this episode, considering a good deal of the episode wasted time setting it up. The shocker at the end? Almost Lolworthy, but I'll go along with it. I'll be interested to see what the hell's going on with that. Solid return from Revenge.moreless
  • The last few minutes made this episode!

    9.5
So Revenge is finally back after a long wait and I'm definitely excited to see where we're headed. A couple of immediate positives about the episode were evident with whatever Conrad seems to be up to, but also in the form of Stevie Grayson! A coupel of negatives were obvious too - Emily's blackouts are taking us away from what this show is best at - good old revenge. Emily's character was kind of just a filler today, except until her conversation with Nolan at the end - could this be something more?

Meanwhile the last 5 seconds of this episode truly dropped y jaw - I kidna saw it coming but at the same time I didn't especially expect it. I am really excited to see what happens next with all this!

Lastly, some pretty interesting stuff happening with Margaux and the Voulez magazine. Wonder what Charlotte will get up to!

One negative for me was that they raced through the Niko storyline rather quickly - I don't think that they did that justivce.

But overall, putting everything together the last few minutes made the whole episode really memorable! Another murder for the Graysons to get away with lol. Can't wait for ore!moreless

    • Nolan: (referencing one of Emily's blackouts) And that's when you Hulked out on my cell.
Emily: I hope that's the only thing I broke.
Nolan: Other than my ego? Look, thankfully, my phone bore the brunt of your wrath, because you made it terrifyingly clear that you did not want to be followed when I tried to stop you from going back into the lions' den.
Emily: I'm so sorry, Nolan. I can't believe I said those things to you.
Nolan: I can handle it. What I can't handle is you flying without a net. I mean, do you even know what Conrad's master plan is?
      Emily: Not yet.
Nolan: I wish I could just keep you locked up here until the full moon passes.

    • Daniel: I heard you, uh, you didn't come home last night.
Emily: I'm surprised you care, especially after you manhandled me. Something I know you'll regret.
Daniel: No. The only thing I'll regret is my marriage to you.
