After receiving inside information from Jason, Miles and Monroe head to Austin to try and sabotage the Patriots' plans. Aaron becomes concerned over Priscilla's odd behavior.
Aaron's experience with death attracts interest. Miles and his compatriots attempt to escape. Rachel and Gene's personal problems impact Charlie. Meanwhile, Neville takes his chances with the Patriots.
Miles, Rachel and Charlie continue their search for Aaron.
Monroe continues to be useful but is captured by The Patriots and sentenced to death.
Texas Ranger John Fry comes to town who may be the only man capable of taking down The Patriots.
Rachel uncovers some worrying facts, and shares a moment of rapport with Charlie. Meanwhile, Neville and Jason continue to struggle with their relationship.
With his wife held captive, Tom is ordered be President Davis to hunt down and kill Monroe. Meanwhile, Monroe, Charlie and Miles head off on a risky mission to new Vegas, to hire some mercenaries from one of Monroe's previous, but dodgy acquaintances.
Rachel breaks Miles out taking Titas Andover's ill wife with them, leading to all the tribesmen bearing down on Wiloughby.
Monroe saves Charlie from a potentially nasty encounter, but Charlie refuses to give him an inch of trust. Miles and Rachel start planning a resistance movement against the Patriots. Neville deals with a problem regarding his boss.
Monroe makes a jolting attack on the Patriots while Gene and Miles look for potential allies in Willoughby. Neville and Jason find themselves in deep water when Doyle finds out about the poison. Aaron and Priscilla press onward.
When the rebels discover a way into the tower, a deadly battle between Miles and Monroe occurs and the Nevilles are excluded.
Neville devises a plan to infiltrate the ranks of the of the Patriots, Miles is captured by Titus Andover and Dr. Porter tries to revive Aaron.
The rebels manage to infiltrate the tower and Aaron's know-how comes in handy tuning the power back on.
Miles, Monroe and Rachel head to Mexico to look for Miles' son.
Monroe has to make a choice about his son, while Neville and Julia continue to take things carefully, which annoys Jason. Meanwhile, Gene shows Charlie an unexpected sight.
The town of Willoughby has been turned into a reeducation facility, and Doyle makes things difficult for Tom.
In the mid-season finale, Miles and Monroe finally come face-to-face and Charlie encounters someone unexpected.
Miles needs to stop a mad bomber while Rachel starts her quest to turn the power back on for the rest of the planet.
Nora is captured and tortured and Monroe finds out that Rachel is going to the tower, but doesn't know the full extent of her plan. Miles looks for a murderer in his ranks.
Connor and Monroe are forced to fight to the death.
Miles, Rachel and Bass kidnap Truman and infect him with typhus that the Patriots have engineering to persuade him to give up the location of the antidote.
Neville is captured by Miles. Rachel journeys to a mysterious tower which holds the only chance of restoring power.
Miles and Nora set out to recruit one of Miles' old militia buddies. To find her way back into her daughter's graces, Rachel looks for a power source whilst eluding her ruthless former boss, Randall Flynn.
Drone strikes against the militia threaten to destroy the budding relationships between Charlie and Jason, and Miles and Nora. Monroe's paranoia escalates after an attack on his life. Foster considers surrendering and Rachel and Aaron continue on their journey to restore power.
Aaron awakes from slumber to find himself back in his previous life, in a world with power. Something however, is not quite right.
After the power is turned on, Rachel Aaron and Miles end up in a small town. Neville searches for his wife with Jason.
Troubles befall Aaron on his journey with Rachel to the mysterious tower, and a woman form Monroe and Miles' past causes emotional havoc for the two.
In order to keep the anthrax bacteria out of Monroe's hands, Miles attempts to liberate Dr. Ethan. Aaron and Rachel are captured by the militia, and Miles finds himself working with Neville who has amazingly become a commissioned officer of the Georgia Federation.
A ruthless tracker is sent after Miles, and Nora has to make a difficult decision regarding a family member.
Charlie travels from Chicago with a group to rescue her brother. Along the journey they pick up new friends with useful talents to free her brother from a group of rebels.
Miles leads the gang out of Philadelphia to escape the attack helicopters which are patrolling the area. Miles and Nora become closer and Rachel tries to ease her guilt by supplying power to the rebels.
Nora and Miles make a run for it back to the Rebel camp while Aaron and Maggie search for Grace.
After successfully rescuing Miles from the militia, Charlie and Nora head off to meet up with Maggie and Aaron, with Nate on their trail every step of the way.
After orders from Monroe, Danny becomes more valuable, increasing his safety. The group experience more problems finding him, however.
The gang stumble across a group of kids fending for themselves and Rachel reveals the real reason she deserted her family.
The gang try to find a rebel fighter named Nora, to aid them in liberating Danny. Meanwhile Danny discovers what Neville is really capable of.
The gang search for medical supplies for Nora. They come to a large house occupied by a gang. The leader, Drexel, knows and isn't too fond of Miles. Drexel then threatens Charlie into infiltrating and killing the leader of a local settlement who has been burning their opium poppy fields. Neville delivers Danny to Monroe.moreless
To aid her rebel buddies, Nora enlists the help of Miles to infiltrate Monroe's base and assassinate him. Rachel continues work on a machine to amplify the mysterious pendants.
